We took our dog in for a shampoo and nail cut at 10 am and wasn't able to pick up our dog till 7pm.
Was informed that supposedly she jumped off of the table . And $750 later from our vet. For back injury and strangulation .Informed the owner and she didn't apologize or sound concerned. I wouldn't recommend this place. Our dog wasn't clean . Our vet has knowledge of this business and doesn't recommend going here again .

They were very sweet with our feast Jack Russel a few months ago so even though we had to wait 45 min past the drop off time we didn’t mind. Then we wanted to have all 3 dogs groomed and we again waited even longer after the drop off time. If there had been an apology I would not have minded we all have bad days. That’s what I do for others—apologize or offer some incentive to reschedule when I’ve inconvenienced them. So, if you have time to wait they’ll take very good care of your dogs, if you do not have time to burn sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open, choose a groomer who respects your time.

Brought my elderly kitty there for a shave for the first time because she is starting to have trouble grooming herself. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. The price was extremely affordable and im very happy with how my kitty looks.

Stacey and her team do an amazing job. Our dog is ready to place at a fancy dog show, and she is not a show dog. Such a professional artist with her clippers and I picked up a calm happy dog, best part.

I just came home from picking up my Great Pyrenees, Bear, from Waggin Tails and OH MY GOSH!! I can't get over how amazing he looks. Poor Bear was covered in awful stickers and his undercoat was matting so badly that I finally decided that I couldn't keep up and needed professional help and I am so glad that I chose Waggin Tails. He looks and feels like a totally different dog, I can't stop petting him and I can tell he feels so much better!! He hasn't looked this good in so long. And it cost me much more less than I expected for how bad he was. I will never take my dogs anywhere else from here on out. I'll also add that their hours are only until 4:30 and they stayed until 5:40 working on him and still had clean up to do when I picked him up at 6:00. Truely amazing work from these girls. I can't thank them enough.

My cats and I love this place, we get my senior cat nails trimmed and also bathed and my princess feels sooo much better after that. Prices are very reasonable and they make you feel like family. I referred my neighbors for their dogs and they too have made it there new pet grooming go to. Mahalo!
