Eddy (my 6 month old puppy) and I just completed our 4 week program with the wonderful Miss Kathy and we couldn’t be happier with our results! Kathy is patient and meets you where you are in your puppy journey. I am a first time dog mom with a very energetic and intelligent dog. Kathy recognized my needs and instantly put me at ease. She worked with Eddy and I to build a stronger bond with one another while tackling basic commands as well as fine tuning other issues we were experiencing. Eddy squeals with excitement as soon as we pull up to Waggin’ Tails. Aunt Kathy has not only been a phenomenal trainer, she is now a friend who I know I can count on with any puppy issues from here on out. Kathy is the best! Can’t say it enough! 💜

Kathy is fantastic! She is so patient with both my pup AND myself, and she has an impressive ability to adapt the training to what suites our lifestyle best. We have an almost 16 year old senior dog at home in addition to my 10 month puppy, and Kathy has been able to take that into account when giving techniques and homework. Beside her straight forward and effective training, Kathy is extremely personable. She presents a training environment that is comfortable and fun for both myself and puppy, creating an atmosphere that makes us both want to succeed! I’ve had 3 of 4 private sessions with Kathy and can say that it has been worth every minute and then some!

We rescued our dog Champ back in April and he was very afraid. We waited a few months to let him get acclimated to his new surroundings and then took him to Kathy for training in September. Kathy is fantastic, she did such a GOOD job with Champ and I, teaching us both the basic commands. We worked in her office and locally out on the Eagle trail. Champ always looked forward to going to “school” and listening to Kathy. I would HIGHLY recommend Kathy, I certainly will be using her again in the future.

Kathy is lovely! She is patient with my pup, myself and my disabled housemate in our classes. I’ve already seen steps forward in my pup and our bond and her training activities are both fun and educational. We are happy with everything about this facility.

Kathy is the best! She is an excellent dog trainer. She is compassionate, firm and clear. She has a gift. Out little toy poodle is very smart and cute. As a puppy it was hard to not let her take control because she was too adorable. Kathy taught me how to train her with firm but loving and positive methods. Not only has our poodle learned obedience, but the training deepened our relationship and built a solid trusting bond. I cannot recommend Kathy enough.

Kathy was amazing working with my dog, Scout. She made training fun with games to keep the puppy engaged and provided plenty of tips we could work out at home in between sessions. I’m looking forward to more advanced classes as my dog continues to mature. Thanks Kathy for turning scout into such a great dog!

We love Kathy! She was with us from the beginning with puppy training for our first puppy ever!! She not only helped us during sessions but helped us understand what our puppy was feeling and why! We have a 1 1/2 year old male standard poodle, intact and 60 lbs of high energy. Kathie has been a very effective trainer for us and our active, young dog. She is very patient, and very familiar with all age dogs and their behaviors. Over the months, he has shown steady improvement. I highly recommend Kathie and her training style.
