Our dogs LOVE going to Wag'n Tail, which makes our own trip even better. They come home tired and happy! We recently switched to the Villa's kennel due to our senior dog's health and they were even more comfortable! Thank you Toby and crew from the bottom of our hearts - Doc and Star surely do feel like they're family when there!

We have used Wag'en Tail for the past few years for our two huskies for both daycare and boarding. They have both been taken care of like family and we love that! For our most recent boarding, the dogs were each in a Cabin, and we loved that we could check on them with the webcam. The camera was so clear that I could even zoom in and watch their fur move while breathing! We knew they were safe and being well taken care of, and that allowed us to focus on our trip and have a good time away.

For daycare, our one husky goes everyday and while he can be a bit of a handful, his antics have been handled with laughter and professionalism. I credit the staff and the other dogs there with helping us nurture him into a good family dog.

WOW! I usually not someone to post a review online but I had to after my visit with WTR!

What I love most about this facility (besides the web cams and the indoor pool) is the cleanliness!! They gave me a tour showing me all the different boarding options and everything looked immaculate. The staff were super friendly and I could tell they truly cared about the safety of my dog. Such an adorable place, will for sure be coming back!!!

We boarded our Schnauzer for 2 weeks & it is an amazing facility with a staff that is courteous & attentive to us & our furbaby. Our Tucker is very anxious in thunderstorms & while he was in their care, our area was having storms. I called to check on him, this facility turns the music up so it drowns out the thunder & Tucker was fine. You won’t find a cleaner facility in our area. I highly recommend them.

Just left my two little OLD dogs there for four days. They got the best of care. feeding instructions and medication were followed to a Feeding instructions and medication were followed to a T. While other facilities won’t even board older dogs, this place gives them TLC. Highly recommend!

The cost was not reasonable in the sense that we brought dog in late one first day, he stayed 23 1/2 hrs, overnight, picked up next day- and charged full price two days. charges consist of dog being kenneled only. $37/day, for our situation was a half day. Cost does not include walking or socializing. Staff was notified several hours prior to pick up and they did not bathe him, so smelled strongly of feces. He said they don't have any puppy food there so I was suppose to go home and bring back his food. Kinda lacking that a dog training place does not have food for puppies, when most dogs are boarded and trained, but most places ask for food to be brought. He came home and ate 4 cups of food, but WagNTail states he was given dog food. Trainer was $179 consult prior to purchasing services. Seems she is well experienced, loves dogs, but thought it was a little high. I would use her services in the future because I believe she could do a good job training. Facility just is way too expensive. upcharges for bigger kennel were over double. I checked another facility that had bigger nicer kenneling for same price. I was threatened by WagNTail staff about my review. Sorry, I felt like my experience should have been more reasonable, but they are firm on racking up charges.

Wag’en Tail Ranch took care of our three precious miniature Schaunzer’s while we went out of town. The staff was professional ,keep's a clean facility and really cares about their customers. I’ll have my three dogs stay again.

Wag'en Tail Ranch is very clean and well managed. I asked to view the kennels before my first reservation and was told to drop by anytime during business hours for a tour. This assured me they maintain the same level of cleanliness all day, every day. When I brought my dogs home they didn't smell bad nor did they smell like doggie perfume masking bad odors.
