My Persian girls spent the afternoon with Bryan at Wag Suites for a lion cut, wash and groom. Referred to Bryan's care & skills, he came from the back to greet us as we came through the door. He listened with care to my requests, and I am over the moon with my darling little ones - they were excited to get home to run and play with their new look! Wag Suites is a full service cat groomer as well as their services for dogs, at a very fair & reasonable price point. My girls look and feel amazing, so glad we found him. If you are looking for a professional, kind and caring cat groomer, looking no further, you just found one. Thanks Bryan for making my beautiful girls gorgeous!!

Great work with my giant breed babies! Scheduling was super convenient. Pricing was very fair and customer service was amazing! Brian was there to help me with the drop off and pick up and very knowledgeable in suggestions to help my babies with mobility on wood floors and with old bones and joints. I will be scheduling many more visits to come.

I don’t know where to begin with their impeccable service! my sweet baby Pepe had to be boarded for 2 weeks as we were traveling overseas. Finding Wag Suites is our blessing in disguise! They gave us a huge discount + Pepe is really nervous around other dogs but they made him so comfortable that he ended up having so many little friends! (Also, they send you photos while you’re away! 🥰) I never thought I’d see my dog this sociable, it warmed my heart. I’m so proud of Pepe and grateful for Wag Suites. Did I mention they keep your Food/Water bowls super clean?! He’s so sad to leave!

Before picking him up, I requested for a grooming service to which they delivered amazingly! Pepe has an issue with people holding his paws and it takes him quite some time to gain his trust. We were even put on a block list with a previous groomer because apparently he “bites”. Wag Suites listened, took their time with him and proved that he doesn’t bite! You won’t find groomers more passionate and patient anywhere else in Illinois.

We’re 100% taking him back to Wag Suites! I can’t wait to be a regular! 🩵🥰

If anyone is looking for dog/cat grooming or daycare service I highly recommend Wag Suites. Took my dog Jordan for the first time today after reading great reviews. Grooming included de-shedding a wash & ear cleaning teeth cleaning 🦷 & nail trim.
The owner is super nice & did an awesome job.
Jordan is super clean his teeth are sparkling clean & he smells so good. 🐶

They also have a SELF-SERVICE DOG WASH where you can wash your dog yourself for $15

I have many cats. Brought a couple more here. One is 14 the other is 18. Not only did Brian do a SUPERB JOB on my kitties, he pointed out a medical issue (blood clot) on one of my cat’s bones on her leg. He actually mended it! I am so grateful to Brian. I’ve never met anyone as DEDICATED, AS PASSIONATE, AS CARING, AS HELPFUL, AS INFORMATIVE and as exacting as Brian. WOW. SO GRATEFUL to him. He’s AMAZING. My cats ARE LITERALLY THRILLED with the job Brian did on them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My two hounds were first time grooming customers after getting skunked the previous night. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to get in by late afternoon. Dog #1 smells and looks great, Dog #2 still has a little stink on his head but he took the skunk full on in the face so I was not surprised (additionally Brian told me about this when I picked the dogs up). Both dogs' coats are smooth, shiny, and not dried out from overwashing which happened previously with Dog #1 when being groomed elsewhere. Neither of the dogs bodies stink! I am very happy with the services Wag Suites provided in a very stressful situation! Cost was excellent!

My dog, Milo, has been to several groomers and boarders. He is not the easiest to work with because he has a bit of anxiety, so he has been turned away or came back scared from other places, but this has not been the case with Wag Suites. Although we haven’t tried boarding yet, we love the grooming services! He comes back looking great and happy! The owner is so friendly and has a very flexible schedule. I have 0 complaints and nothing but good to say about Wag Suites!!

Took my dogs for a nail trim. The place seems so sketchy... ring doorbell... very bare lobby... no seats... no decor... no view to where they groom/kennel/board. The place smelled like pee really bad and dogs were howling/barking nonstop. Granted, it's a boarding / daycare place, but not to see everything behind the door was uncomfortable. It would settle my nerves if it was more transparent. $5/ea nail trim. $20/ea grooming. Price to great, but just didn't feel a good "vibe" there - Not sure I would use them for daycare / boarding.
