Being OTR truck drivers we have seen a lot of self wash dog spas all over the United States. This would definitely be one of the best! It's set up in the back of the pet food store, you check in at the front desk. The tubs are set up well and very clean. Rubber mats are provided for you and the "in tub dog". A comb and rubber curry are provided too. I bring my own shampoo but decided to use theirs. This place is far above others that the 'hosed in' shampoo lathers extremely well and they don't skimp on the mixture like other places. I would strongly suggest they increase the water pressure as rinsing a large double coated German Shepherd can take a while with this lower pressure. There are very instructive signs to help one along if you've never used an auto tub before. They offer free coat sprays post bath too. The staff checks on you and you definitely feel welcome. The drying room is different in that the six cubicles are only separated by a short plexiglass wall. This allows dogs to see each other and is easy for a larger dog to jump over. Dogs tend to be a bit stressed in this environment so perhaps a taller wall that wasn't clear would help to prevent animosity between some dogs? The dryers work beautifully with warm air and good power. Great instructions are included here again. Lastly and one serious suggestion, please build a stair step that can help larger dogs on to the drying platform. Perhaps something that can be brought out on request or offer it? Many dogs might be older and jumping up even the (approximate 2') small height might be difficult. Most dog wash places have steps of some kind for this situation. Over all this place is charming and the employees very helpful with anything you require. There's definitely a good feeling of dog loving staff here!

This is the BEST Wag N’ Wash! I was bummed to leave my favorite little pet store when we moved from Castle Rock to Monument, but I’m so glad I checked this Wag N’ Wash out because it’s my new favorite! And Christin and Justin are SO awesome and some of Sprinkles’ favorite people ever! 🙂 They also have a great little space out back, a large selection of high quality dog food, fun toys, and can even special order items for you! We will be stopping in often 🙂

Online booking very easy and the reminder emails and texts are much appreciated. Everyone in the store SUPER friendly and very helpful! Not sure of our groomer’s name but Koda was groomed on 9/18 and her cut and trim was the best we’ve ever received! We plan on making this office our ongoing grooming choice for both our pups! Highly recommend you give them a try!

New ownership is already showing. Even though there was literally no other customers inside, the groomer couldn't trim my dogs nails for some reason(something about resetting a hot water heater)So another guy who absolutely stank of body odor did it, and he clearly didn't know what he was doing. He rushed through it and cut the quick on more than one nail(one pretty bad) to the point i had to tell him to slow down. They did discount the service but im not worried about saving 5 bucks, im worried about my dog. Wont be back

We are full-time traveling RVers & we stop in many different places in different states & this was our 1st time taking our 135 pound Brazilian Mastiff to a do-it-yourself dog wash. We were very hesitant at 1st so I went in to check the place out. I was immediately greeted by a nice lady who explained everything & was extremely helpful with all my concerns. My giant dog is an older puppy so I wasn't sure he would be able to get up into the tub nor fit in one. But everyone was so helpful throughout the whole experience. I can't say enough good things about this place! Plus it was only like $20! Now that we are back on the road in a different state...I can only WISH they had Wag N' Wash's everywhere. But unfortunately they don't. My dog doesn't need grooming as he has very short fur. He just needs a bath, not a groomer, but it's challenging to do in a 5th Wheel RV so we can only hope to find more places like this & hopefully a place with such amazing people like we had here!

This is the best Wag N Wash! It’s super clean, well stocked, and everyone is super nice and extremely helpful. My dogs don’t enjoy baths, but they love getting to pick out a treat afterwards! Big thank you to Hannah and Nia for always being so lovely when I come in and offering help looking up dog food and helping me take it to the car!

Great options for food, supplements, chews, and treats. We order puppy cakes from here as well to celebrate our pupper’s Gotcha Days and every dog loves them. I always use a coupon I get in the mail to save some money (and they are always very good coupons).

I never shop anywhere else for my dog needs because this store is so awesome. Thank you!

This was the best first time experience. The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and inviting. They were thorough with explaining the wash packages & how to use the equipment. But the biggest shoutout goes to Bob! Thank you so much for all of your help, kindness, compassion, and patience with my dog Sammy. He isn't the best with new people, especially when when they're touching his paws. You did a phenomenal job trimming up his overgrown nails, and earning Sammy's trust. We will for sure be coming back again 🙂
