Our puppy Pax LOVES going to Wag for daycare, and it’s a lifesaver for us since he is such a high energy poodle puppy. We know that he can be a lot, and even so, the staff are always kind and patient with him. I love getting to watch him on the camera during the day and the picture updates they send speak for themselves. You can tell the staff truly love the pups and they enjoy their jobs. I have a couple of local doggy daycares closer to me, but we’ll continue going out of our way for the good care at Wag (and the peaceful rest of the day for us once he returns home tuckered out!)

Last minute I needed to find another option for my pup Copper. He’s been in daycare since he was 6 months old and as he’s gotten older he’s become dog selective and doesn’t really enjoy the whole group play sessions anymore. So I was looking for something that would tailor to his needs and when I saw they offered one on one daycare, I knew this would be a good fit. Many doggy daycares only offer group daycare or boarding and don’t offer something for dogs who prefer to be alone or just have time with people/staff members. Creating an account was super easy and got my reservations confirmed the same day. I was kind of nervous taking him to a new place but so far I absolutely love it. I get pictures of him and I can tell he’s taken care of. I would recommend anyone with a fur baby to consider Wag Hotel for their doggy daycare needs!!

Great experience! Drop off and pickup were a breeze, and so conveniently located near the airport! The Wagcam was so cute and provided great peace of mind by letting my check on my little guy! The all-day play add-on was a great value, and my dog had so much fun making friends! He definitely got a vacation during my vacation!

Took advantage of the new custom discount. Very impressive facility and great staff. The in person walk through of the facility helped calm the nerves about leaving the fur baby with someone else. As long as your puppy is well socialized with other dogs it will be a great time. If your puppy doesn't play well with others... They still will have a great time but I'll cost you an extra $55 dollars per night for the specialized care. 24/7 pick up and drop off is a game changer if you are flying in and out of O'Hare. There are also a few parking facilities nearby with shuttles to the airport.

Our puppy loved her first experience. Clean, seamless. The staff was kind and just great with our 4 month old puppy. Loved that you could check in on the Wag Cam too. The report card and the memory pics during the day was a nice touch too. I feel very confident about trusting Wag Hotels - Howltels- with our pup. Excellent facility.

Their team send daily pictures and there is live camera access while their doggies are in play area.
