I truly love this place!! All my dogs love this place. My dogs Simon and Gizmo, who both passed away last year, loved coming here. Now My new pup Nala comes here. She had an amazing first day of day care. The staff Wayne, Vanessa, Gustav, Dan and Nathan all did an amazing job keeping me posted on Her. Love this place and I recommend it to any pet parent.

Wags is the absolute BEST! In the past I’ve tried other places and felt like my dog hasn’t gotten the right care or attention. Never experienced that feeling since I’ve taken him to Wags daycare or boarding. The staff is beyond welcoming and I appreciate the cute photos they send sharing updates. He gets excited when I drop him off and feel grateful he’s in such great hands!

I did their free trial here and my dog ended up catching kennel cough, so I never returned back. My dog also cried and was scared coming in when I would drop her off in the morning, which makes me wonder what the people here did to her before going on camera (we had to do early drop off, but the cams don’t start until about 9/10am). I take her somewhere else now and she’s so excited every morning to go to daycare. So that was a huge difference and actually concerning as to why she didn’t like this daycare. Also, one day I was watching the cam one of the dog handlers looked like they were being kind of aggressive towards my dog, but the cam isn’t the greatest so it was kind of hard to tell what they were doing to her. She used to always come home with such wet and dirty paws too. Anyway, I wouldn’t recommend this place or ever bring my dog back.

I have always had a great experience bringing my dog to Wag Hotels Lincoln Park! He loves all the staff and they know him by name. I appreciate the photo update during the day and camera access. Their hours are also very convenient as a healthcare worker who works long hours that are not always consistent. Would recommend!!

My dog loves it here! The staff are very nice and accommodating. They have been flexible with me when I wanted to extend my dog's stay, or pick him up at a different time. They update me on his eating and I receive daily photos of him during group play.

This was my Fur Baby 1 st time at WAG Lincoln Park for boarding w/ specialized care . He is a 2 yr old pitbull & very sweet ! WAG sent me pics and were available when ever I called to give me an update. My dog was there 2 nights and showed NO SIGNS of distress when I picked him up.

My dog Button has been a regular since she was a pup (she's 14 now) and they treat her like the little princess that she is! The staff is amazing and so long-term that many of them have known her since her puppy days. She gets amazing personal attention and care at Wag. She has so many great human friends at Wag and they truly know and understand her. Very happy with Button's home away from home!
