Traci is very experienced, very patient trainer. She thoroughly understands dogs and is able to help each parent/owner adjust their training for their own dog. She is extremely helpful and quick in responding to questions/problems via correspondence. Her puppy socialization sessions have been invaluable for dog socialization, where she monitors play of puppies very closely for correct behavior and safety of all puppies. She is amazing.

At Wag Between Barks, the variety of classes is extensive and, for the fantastic quality of support, guidance, and education you receive, they are also quite affordable! We have completed CGC, therapy dog work, nosework, socialization, and manners courses and now have two wonderful, well-behaved, happy pups who go everywhere with us and impress all of our friends and relatives! I love having dogs I can trust implicitly - we built such a strong relationship in Traci’s classes!

Traci is also exceptional in helping with unusual or difficult dog behaviors. With dog aggression, anxieties, or quirky behaviors that confused us, Traci was always ready to figure them out with us in class or in private sessions, give recommendations to help our dogs be happier and healthier, and helped us follow through on their care and training.

I really can’t speak highly enough of Traci and her work. If you’re looking for an exceptional dog trainer and all-around good person, you’ve found her!

I have been using Traci for nine plus years. I started with a dog who was basically feral and who my vet advised me not to keep because he was vicious. Against the advice from the vet, I chose otherwise and called Traci on the advice of a friend. I knew nothing about Traci but thought that I would give her a chance to help my ‘unfriendly’ dog. The rest is history. Today, I have the best and most well behaved dog ever and I credit Traci with all of this. My dog LOVES her and I would travel half way around the world to use her as a trainer. I have had many dogs in my life and have always used a trainer. Over the years I have used many different trainers and would rank Traci among the top two I have ever known and used. Do not hesitating to call on her. She is the best.

With a paw tattoo on her calf, there is no doubt that trainer Traci Moriarty loves dogs. My Australian shepherd, Quip, and I attended her "Good Citizen" class in route to his becoming a therapy dog. During every session, Traci was enthusiastic and thoroughly professional while demonstrating extreme patience, even with the most challenging dogs. She was always prepared and classes were well-planned and organized. When it's time to teach our young Aussie, Millie, some (much-needed) puppy manners, Traci will be my go-to trainer.

Tracy is a Natural with Dogs.
Her trainings are super informative with techniques I was able to put into practice right away. My puppy loves to attend class whatever it is, and there are plenty to choose among.
If you have a Puppy, by all means TAKE the to puppy socialization class. They create a fun, safe atmosphere that was essential to my dog being comfortable out in the world with other dogs.

Traci has an unbelievable connection with dogs and their owners. She is knowledgeable about all aspects of training and constantly keeps herself up-to-date on new training ideas . My dog, Peach, and I went through her manners classes, her therapy dog classes, and her nosework classes. Each one a new and exciting experience for both of us! She was the one who sensed that Peach would make a good therapy dog; and she was right! Peach absolutely was meant to be a therapy dog with her calm and gentle spirit. If not for Traci, I never would have thought in that direction. Traci builds a bond with each and every one of her clients and their dogs, and I know she loves them all. Traci trains with respect, kindness and rewards ... You'll never hear a harsh word out of her mouth or a harsh punishment meted out to a dog. I highly recommend Traci and her reward-based method of training. I have had the pleasure of watching many of Traci's clients overnight at The Dog Ranch, and each and every one of them are perfect guests!
