Talk about a power wash. Super convenient, the gal working was very friendly and nice. Definitely watch your pet at all times. I turned around to grab the towel and my nervous nelly decided to jump out and hang himself. 🤦‍♀️ Luckily my boyfriend was there and grabbed him right away. Blow dryer was weak on one side so we ended up having to move to the other wash. Otherwise it worked well. Door latches need some repair. Overall better than trying to wash my pup at home.

I went today and Kylie was my cashier, she was super sweet and helpful, a man had came in and was being very rude and argumentative with her, stating he was mad that Kylie had let me go in before him even though I was there before him. He said he had called and made an “appt” even though it’s a walk in service. I had paid to bathe 2 dogs and he said he was in a hurry. He said he called her and said he needed to be first and I told him well you weren’t here at 10 and I was so she let me go in. He was rude and argumentative with me about it and I told him there’s no need to be rude with the worker when u were the one late and there’s no appts here. I walked to the counter and saw her crying and it’s breaks my heart to see kind people like Kylie be treated that way by entitled people. Even when the man checked out she was still kind to him. I told her I told him off because his behavior was uncalled for and she didn’t deserve it. She was very sweet and told me I didn’t need to do that but justice was served on a hit platter for him. Respect for Kylie.

Staff VERY helpful and friendly. I use the dog wash there. They have 2 tub area and only one that is enclosed. The other one has been broken WAY over one year and hasn't been fixed! Water is everywhere on that side. Also, majority of the time no shampoo so I bring my even though VIP claims to provide everything you need. It's been very cold and their dog driers blow cold to barely warm. If you ask they will give you an extra towel, but my dog still leaves there WET!

First time using the DIY dog wash. The girl working was super sweet, we had two dogs (1 that is a runner) and we were able to close the door and safely and comfortably wash them. It’s relatively clean and I would definitely recommend.

1st time using a self-service dog wash anywhere. Very convenient and well-designed. However, it could use some general upkeep ... the little doggy door had a broken latch, so my dog was able to keep pushing it open. I was the first person in to use one of the stations the day I went and found the wash basin to be fairly dirty - there was even a large amount of hair clumped on the drain. They have a wall-mounted leash to keep your dog contained but it is too short to loop around your dog's neck and hook back to itself, so you have to hook it to your dog's collar. I didn't want to get my dog's collar all wet, so I didn't use the leash and had to fight keeping him in the wash basin (due to the broken latch).

Great prices for high quality food and supplements. Can't beat the prices on their toys.. Self wash is so convienant. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. My go to place for all my dogs needs.
