I am SO bummed. I specifically said, “keep him poofy, we are going to be in the northeast so he won’t get hot, don’t make him look like a poodle. 1/2 inch at the most. Keep his face full.” He went from puff to poodle. The exact OPPOSITE of what I had asked for. I didn’t even recognize him when they brought him to me. Not only that, this was a VERY expensive cut. I will never go back. And I recommend you don’t go in the first place. How disappointing.

Very unprofessional blonde lady at the front desk was extremely rude from the initial phone conversation to us coming in! If you are looking for good customer service I would not come here. Terrible experience and the owners should train their people at the front desk much better.

We love Vinings Important Pets! We have a German shepherd poodle mix with straighter fur. We tried a few places and her haircuts were a mess. Let me save you the struggle. I found this place via another doodle’s beautiful haircut at the dog park. I asked where they took their dog and they told me Vining’s Important Pets! Our pup has looked adorable every time she has visited! They do SUCH a great job! Thank you Vinings Imoportant Pets! Highly recommend!

I have been taking my dogs there for several years and never had any problems. They do an awesome job for haircuts and baths or both. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend using them for all your grooming needs.
CHANGED RATING from 5 stars to 1 star. Not the same place anymore. They used to care about quality but now they care about quantity. My dogs are scared to go here.

Our dogs ended up with fleas while staying at your facility. That’s what the bites on them were. Me, my husband, my daughter, my son and all three dogs have been bite up horribly. I do not have the capabilities at home to treat my big dog. So due to the lack of cleanliness of your facility and/or non-flea treated outside dog area I have expenses that are causing me to dip into my rent and bill money to treat my dogs AND my home. Our dogs will not be coming back here.

I would like to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the grooming services provided to my mini Schnauzers Asher and Fendi today .I am truly and highly disappointed with how my dogs look today. I had a very important photo shoot scheduled with a major magazine, and I am just livid that I cannot showcase them due to the outcome of the grooming session.
This missed opportunity not only affects me personally but also impacts the promotion of my doggy clothing brand, which is incredibly upsetting.I have attached pictures illustrating the stark contrast between the instructions I provided via email pictures and receptionist took pictures with her phone and the result of the grooming session. Additionally, I would like to explain again the specific haircut style, the teddy bear cut, and the desired length of my dog's lashes were to be left long , which were unfortunately cut off.I intentionally let my dog's hair and ears grow out for this photo shoot, and to see them completely altered is heartbreaking. As I write this email, I am in the parking lot in tears, overcome with a mix of emotions including sadness, frustration, and anger.It is imperative that groomers prioritize client instructions and communication to ensure a satisfactory outcome for both pets and their owners. I implore you to acknowledge the severity of this situation and to take proactive measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Please let me know a convenient time for you to discuss this matter further and to resolve this situation and regain trust in your grooming services. Yes, I was refunded my money after I requested it however, I should not have had to get my dogs, traumatized and upset

Do Not Use This Groomer. They Have Had Lots Of The Good Groomers To Leave. The Ones That Are Left Are Trying To Get Over With Big Increases In Price. I Have Been Going There For Two Years. My Price For A Full Groom On My Dogs Is $65 Per Dog. I Had An Appointment, And When I Went In They Wanted To Charge Me $100 Per Dog. I Wanted To TalkTo The Owner Of The Place And They Refused To Let Me Talk To The Owner. They Were Extremely Unprofessional . When I Told Them This Will Be My Last Time Bringing My Dogs, The Groomer That Was There Got Mad And Said I Don’t Like Doing Customers Like You. She Had A Horrible Attitude The Entire Time And She Came Off Very Very Not Trustworthy. She’s An Overweight Middle Aged Woman With Purple Hair. I Have A New Groomer Now And They Are Doing My Dogs For $65 per Dog. I Do Believe They Were Trying To Get Over. Will Never Trust That Place Again.

Took my daughter’s fur baby for her 1st groom. Must say they did a great job, she looked so cute!! Just a little on the expensive side. About $20 more than average. Don’t be like me, ask before you go.
