So disappointed about how I was treated by the owner Elisa. I was a loyal and reoccurring client for over 2.5 years. Our dog was on a reoccurring schedule to get a full groom every 4 weeks, not once did I ever skip an appointment. I was away from my phone the day the confirmation text was sent for the appointment. Because I did not confirm the appointment, my appointment was automatically canceled with no communication from her. When I reached out a few days later, her response was completely rude. She proceeded to tell me that if I thought it was “unprofessional of her to cancel my appointment after sending the confirmation texts that maybe I should find another groomer”. I would have thought I would have been treated a whole lot better after being a client for so long, referring many of my friends & family, always tipping 20% when I could. This isn’t the only occasion she has been rude. Many of the people I referred and even who I was referred by in the very beginning have stopped going to her because of how rude she is. Take your business somewhere else if you want to be appreciated and treated with respect.

Run Run Run to this groomer! Elisa is magical with her doggo grooming skills. They come out perfectly- Every. Single.Time. We have had a total of four dogs regularly go to the spa with varying temperaments over the course of about 18 months and are still going. She is the best groomer our family has ever been to, and I recommend her more than the words on this review can portray. We are not family- at least not when we started, so take my review seriously!

Unfortunately really messed up my dogs hair cut. Comes off very rude and acts as if she is better than everyone. If the grooming was free I wouldn’t recommend
