Kandy takes excellent loving care of my pups. The business is professioanl, very clean, organized and very accomidating. My dogs are very happy at drop off and also happy at pick up. This makes me very confident that my pups are safe and well cared for.

Valley View is a great boarding kennel in Mountain City. The kennel has several indoor/outdoor kennels, as well as some indoor rooms. The owner lives above the kennel. She lets the dogs out to the spacious fenced play yard six times a day. My Daisy is always happy to go for a stay here. Plus, the dogs have a great "valley" view. The kennel also boards cats.

I boarded two dogs here previously, and found Valley View to far exceed my expectations. It is the cleanest facility of any kennel I (and the pups) have ever experienced. I used several kennels before I was aware of Valley View, and I will never again use any other facility. Our dogs came home clean, actually smelling fresh, and with no fleas. I urge anyone who needs to board their pet to try out Valley View- the difference is amazing!!

This boarding is a must. The owner took the time to let me see the place; before choosing it. My mini daschund loved it. He was able to go in and out anytime he wanted. He ate well and really missed me when I returned from my vacation in pa. She didnt mind us calling to check on him. I would recommend this place and use it again.

My cat is scared of strangers. But she was very comfortable at valley view. Usually if I pick her up from a kennel, she screens to go home. Here she was calm and happy when I showed up.
