I have been shopping here for years and this is the first time I have had an issue with a aquarium product not working. Asked for help from the staff and the response from the owner is they would not help me since it is an open product. I have use this product several times before with no problem. There must be something wrong with this particular bottle. Today you lost a customer Valley Pets.
I will let my friends and families know of your quality customer service!
The photo shows there was no change in my aquarium after 24 hours, still cloudy. Never had this problem before till today.

Super helpful staff. They set us up with the right tank for plants and didn't try to sell us things we don't need. Owner is also super passionate about what he does and will talk you through all the steps for whatever tank you are building.

Best collection of fish in Colorado. Great staff, very knowledgeable and approachable people. I stopped by to check the place out and ended up buying two great looking fish that were very well cared for. Great prices too.

This place is awesome for getting reptiles food and fish stuff. Prices are average for pet stores. Expensive compared to Amazon. Their staff is what brings it home though. Friendly and knowledgeable.

David was incredibly helpful, spending time to thoroughly explain how to clean our Betta fish tank and making sure we understood every step of the process. Aquariums well maintained. Fish are active and healthy. Sales people have trouble handling multiple customers leading to some customers feeling ignored and leaving in frustration like I did. I’ll come back on a weekday when not so busy.

This place was Absolutely sickening. The puppies all come from puppy mills and are extremely over priced (3.5k) Not to mention that the puppies have no food nor water in their small enclosure. The frenchies when walking up to them seem like they have been abused- they flinched just by me standing by the window to look at them. It was devastating to see. As I looked around the store, I seen approx. 10 chameleons in one small tank together. For this being my first time coming here-I am sick about this place. Like other posts say: PLEASE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. do not shop here!
