We have been using Valley Pet Sitting for 5... maybe 6 years. They are the best. I really cannot state how comforted I am to have them take care of our cats and dog when we are away. I feel safe with them in my home as well. They are respectful, prompt, kind, easy to work with. A+ all around.

Top notch service!! We almost qualify as a Zoo, considering the amount and eclectic cast of animals we have in our family and Valley Pet Sitting handles them all incredibly! We especially love the detailed updates and photographs when they come over... makes us feel like we're there and they are being taken care of with love. Five stars all day!

I cannot say enough good things about Valley Pet Sitting. We have used them for several years now to visit our cat, Mr. Pudds, whenever we travel and the service has been outstanding. We just returned from three weeks away, and each day we looked forward to the full report and photos we received to help us feel connected with our cat. In addition to the daily cleaning of the litter box and feeding and playing with Mr. Pudds, they brought in packages, brought up the trash cans, and watered the plants. We felt very grateful that our cat and our home was in such good hands. Many thanks!

We have been using Valley Pet Sitting for the past 6 years and are very satisfied with their services. The pet sitters they send to take care of our kitties have always been cat lovers (which is essential!) and they follow our instructions to the T! We also find their prices very reasonable and their online portal easy to use. On a personal note, when my 16 1/2 year old cat died last year, I was too emotional to delete her as a pet from the online portal, and Sharon with Customer Service very kindly offered to do it for me. Those little touches mean a lot.

We have been really impressed and SO happy with how Vally Pet Sitting has taken care of our sweet kitty buddy when both of us are out of town. Our cat tends to have a lot of anxiety when both owners are not at home and has not done well with many sitters in the past. Vally Pet Sitting spends time with him, loving on him, caring for him and we have noticed a huge shift in out cat’s behavior when we come home from long trips. Highly recommend them! Their online booking is really easy too! Communicating and updating is seamless. We never feel out of the loop or unheard.

I have been fortunate to have the services of Valley Pet Sitting for the past two years. They have helped me in regular petsitting and short notice situations, in both LA and Ventura counties. Reposting an old review, I still use VPS and will always use them forever! : I love this company! I've never used a pet sitting service before (I'm not trusting type and always used family/friends), but holidays and covid meant I needed to either hire someone to come to my home or board my two cats. I didn't want to board my little fur balls since that's stressful for them (one came from a shelter and has a fear of strangers/new places), so opted to hire Valley Pet Sitting for the two weeks I was out of country for Christmas/New Years. I'm so happy! They answered all my questions before signing up, they helped me figure out the app, price was reasonable, and super flexible when my plans changed (airline cancelled my flight so I had to change dates/flights). The sitters themselves were super friendly and definitely were animal lovers. I got daily pictures and a written updates (totally going to keep the cute photos of my kitties ?). Everyday the cats got fresh food, water, clean litter boxes, and pets/cuddles. I liked how the sitters were able to gain the trust of the cats and one even jumped into their laps for cuddles. How cute! I'm definitely going to use this company again and I feel better knowing I can book them in future whenever I want to leave town for trips.
