My dog has been diagnosed with an aggressive and terminal cancer. The staff, and I am not a client, was so warm and helpful. My dog felt very at ease in their care. If I lived in the Vail Valley, I would only go to them.

I normally take my cat to Avon Pet Center but they said he would have to be sedated in order to shave the matted fur from his belly and cost $200. I said that he's really well behaved and I've gotten most them out myself, just needed an extra set of hands.

I called Vail Valley Animal Hospital and they said they could help me no problem. As expected, Wilbur (my cat) did great. They let me help calm and hold him down and only cost $53. Everyone was extremely friendly and I got good vibes. I think I found a new Vet!

Dr. Meynier, Dr. Siltman and the entire staff at Vail Valley Animal Hospital are extremely competent, kind, compassionate, and highly effective. My Boykin Spaniels, Rosebud and Daisy, have both been in the care of VVAH and I am continually please with the consistent high quality of care provided. They are both there for routine checks, for emergency medicine/care, and diagnosis/treatment if sickness or injury happens. The need has arisen for me to use all of these services and I have been very pleased with the exerptise and care. I am so glad they are there because I know they will take great care of my dogs. I recommend without hesitation Dr. Meynier, Dr Siltman and the caring/ higly competent staff at VVAH.

My son just took his dog to this clinic because it was the closest one to him and he knew it was an emergency. After charging him $150 they told him his dog was fine. He knew she wasn’t fine and continued driving to his vet in Dillon. By the time he got there it was too late. The dog had a twisted stomach (GDV) and did not make it. This is serious malpractice!
