Registration for courses is a nightmare, if not outright impossible for some classes and sessions. There’s no way to communicate in person with anyone for help and emails are not always answered.
If, against all odds, you’re able to register, agility coaches at the lower level are very bad and intended to keep your dog repeating the same level indefinitely, without providing clear guidelines of their mysterious curriculum at any point. Some coaches have never competed in agility and some “experienced ones” are biased against certain dog breeds, which is unacceptable.
We wanted this place to work for us, because we live within walking distance from it, but we finally ended up driving our dog to a real school in Chicago and seeing progress there.

My bloodhound Roscoe has been going to Unleashed In Evanston's old location for years and it's been great. This new facility, however, is AMAZING. It's huge with lots of room to play, take classes (lots of room for agility), and more. Like the old location, the staff continues to be amazing and loving with your dog. The new location also adds boarding options! I can not recommend this place enough.

We love Unleashed for training and Unleashed Academy is amazing! The structured daycare that they offer has been so great for Marvin- he absolutely loves it and comes home exhausted and happy. The facility is beautiful and staff is wonderful. Can’t say enough good things!

Oscar loves it here!! We have been going for over two yrs now. He used to have to be dragged into his old day care but now he walks (or runs) himself in. I feel comfortable leaving him here to board as well bc I know he is safe. Highly recommend. This crew is so special!
