I thought it would be great! But when I dropped off my cat and tried to tell the front desk about her, I was talked over, ignored and blown off. They took my cat before I even got to say goodbye to her and when I asked about getting a picture of her, she Said send us your email and if we have time we will get it to you. I was so anxious when I left, but I had to get to the airport. When I got back, she was supposed to have her nails clipped,I requested that. Her nails were not clipped. I drove right back and they said a groomer has not been assigned, I had been gone 8 days, no one thought to check? But they sure charged me for it! I told them to credit my card. My cat hasn't been the same since I picked her up. She was very vocal, not anything now. I'm not sure what happened during those 8 days, but I will never return and I won't be recommending. 😡

As I was going through my cat's food, I found another cat's food mixed in with hers. It belongs to a cat named Olive. Sorry, Olive.

A week and a half ago I took my dog in to be groomed. After over four hours of him being in the facility, I get a call from the groomer saying she had just gotten off maternity leave and she was having a hard time getting all the dogs finished. I picked up my dog, paid the full price of the grooming (keep in mind he did not get groomed) and was told my next visit will have no charge. Fast forward to today…
After waiting for some time for someone to open the front door, I am met with a front desk employee and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She tells me there are no notes about my last experience. I asked her to call the front desk employees that were working that day or the manager. She storms off and I am met with a different employee who begins to yell at me and uses a tone that was uncomfortable and unprofessional. This second employee tells me she is not calling anyone in their day off. I then tell her that I will be very disappointed if I get a phone call asking for a second payment. Finally my sweet pup is brought to me and the groomer looks at me with apologetic eyes and also apologized for the service. The groomer today did a great job and was gentle and compassionate. I told her while tearing up that she is wonderful but I will never be returning.

Overcharged for late pick-up. The dogs were being clipped on the second day of their stay, and job wasn't complete by noon. Was told that it's an automatic charge and no effort was made to correct the fees Tried to contact management and they're always in a meeting, unable to answer their phone and no call back. Non existent customer service with a dash of thievery

Always love getting my dogs groomed here. Prices have gone up, but they always do a great job. I'll keep coming back. It was a month booking out in advance, but now it seems like only a week or two. (attached are before and after pictures. Yes, they had to get shaved b/c they were matted)

My Lucy gets so excited when I drive n the Two Ponds driveway for her 1xweek half day visit. I love I can buy a package for half day visits! She has a blast & she is returned to me happy & clean from her safe play! Thank u!

Was really nervous about leaving my dog as he has never been kenneled. It was wonderful to keep an eye on him through the video system and gave me such peace of mind. I had a lovely much needed vacation and so did he.

I have been taking my 2 Yorkie Terriers here for over 5 years. We usually see Priscilla who is wonderful and ALWAYS grooms them with such special and loving care ❤ I will continue to take my dogs and any future dogs here!!!! Love Rudy and Leo 💙
