We had a great experience there. They were easy to work with and spelled everything out for us. I enjoyed watching my fur baby on the camera. Highly do NOT recommend this place. I booked 3 months in advance and uploaded the vaccine records. The DAY of drop off they contacted me to let me know that my vaccine records won’t work because we got the Bordatella shot at a vaccine clinic and not his actual vet’s office. Unbelievable the lack of communication at this place. Now I have to cancel my plans because this incompetent place reached out to tell me this the DAY I was suppose to drop off my dog.

Twin Lakes is fantastic. We board our dogs and cat there a few times a year and they always do an excellent job. They follow my instructions for feeding. The dogs like the people. The facilities are lovely. Our 3 dogs can be boarded together if we reserve with enough advance notice. The car facilities are also nice. All cats are allowed out in the room for a little while each day. I love being able to check in and see my pets on the cameras at anytime. I highly recommend Twin Lakes!

My dog receives great care, and staff really cares about the dogs. She loves the staff. I love I can view her to check on her. This is so reassuring as a dog owner.
