This was our first time leaving our dog, Millie, at Tucker Pups, and we had an incredible experience from start to finish! Millie seemed genuinely happy and well-cared for during her stay, which gave us so much peace of mind. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, polite, and clearly passionate about the dogs they care for.

What really stood out to me was the transparency—when I asked for a tour, the team was more than happy to show me around. Unlike other places in the city that won’t let you see where your dog will be spending their time (which I always find a bit concerning), Tucker Pups was proud to showcase their clean, well-maintained spaces—and they should be!

Millie isn’t a fan of grooming, but the team handled her gently and gave her a nice bath without pushing her past her limits, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a place that truly understands and respects each dog’s individual needs.

A huge thank you to everyone at Tucker Pups for making Millie’s stay such a positive one. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🐾

I have done two manners classes as well as 1:1 training with Cailin P and she has been incredible! As a first time solo dog owner, I wanted to be as informed as I could and Cailin was always great about giving me different tools and tips to use with Cami through her early puppy days. Months later when Cami was becoming reactive on her leash, Cailin was able to point out behaviors in myself to change when walking Cami, as well as identifying exercises to help redirect her attention and calmness to me. She has always been available to answer random questions I have and always makes me feel supported!

I recently moved to the neighborhood from out of state and needed a groomer for my Pomeranian. I was nervous at first because I’ve had so many experiences with groomers who didn’t know how to properly handle double-coated fur. Fortunately, Tucker Pup’s exceeded all my expectations!

From the start, their customer service was outstanding. The pre-booking process was seamless—they responded promptly and clearly outlined the vaccine requirements. Everything about their operation felt organized and professional, like a well-oiled machine.

Tiffany groomed my dog, and he looks absolutely amazing! She was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain her process and ensure I felt comfortable. Her attention to detail was unmatched—she even reviewed sample photos on my phone to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted. This level of care and communication made all the difference, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

I highly recommend Tucker Pup’s, and Tiffany and Dionne in particular, for anyone seeking a skilled and thoughtful groomer.

And of course, pup tax—just look at how his fur flows in the wind!

No idea how I haven't left this review here yet, though better late than never! I found Tucker Pup's initially for their grooming services around fall of 2023 as they are very close to me. A year later, my pup, Kirby, is a regular here!

After having such great grooming experiences, I added myself to their daycare waitlist though I was worried I'd never get a call. Not even a month after I submitted the daycare form, I got a call from a staff member to set up a trial day. Kirby had never been to daycare before and now Kirby loves it! Their booking system on their website is so easy to use and so detailed.

I've also boarded Kirby here multiple times now and the experience is phenomenal. The first time I boarded Kirby here was the first time I had boarded him ever and I was super nervous, even with the daycare rapport. The team is so thorough when taking information in for your pets and they notice all the things about your pet. Kirby had some dry eyes from scratching too much once and they sent me a note as well saying that they notice. The team truly does care for the pups like their own.

One time I even request a grooming for Kirby and they scheduled it on a day he was going to be there for daycare and knew to put him back into play group after his spa time. I didn't even have to say anything! If they're ever unsure though, they always ask to clarify! Everything they do here makes sense!

I tell every dog owner, friend, family member, about you guys and can't say enough amazing things. I'd have a hard time finding a spot to trust with Kirby as much as I do Tucker Pup's.

Our trainer, Jamie Walker, is incredible. Most importantly, she immediately bonded with our dog, Sophie, and understood how to motivate and communicate with her. That led to lasting behavioral changes that improved quality of life for us and our pup.

Jamie is a total professional. Beyond being an expert at what she does, Jamie is on-time, communicative, and kind. We looked forward to training every week because she made it fun and stress-free. We highly, highly recommend her!

Jamie Walker was a fantastic to work with for turn key training. She listened to our concerns and updates each visit, addressing them through positive reinforcement training. As first time dog owners we had many questions and Jamie was patient and helpful talking through them all. Our 8month Boston Terrier benefited greatly from this training, we will be booking again with Jamie in the spring!

Upon an Instagram search, we realized so many of our friends have been here and all highly recommended Tucker Pups. We've taken five month old Oscar to two confidence builder classes so far and plan to take him to classes weekly until he's fully socialized and board him with Tucker Pups when needed. Staff are incredibly friendly and provide great recommendations. Just keep in mind there are two locations / pay attention to the location listed in your email.

Puppy just graduated his second class at Tucker Pup’s and it was a great experience again. We are motivated to continue working with our puppy on obedience and more because of the clear rewards and benefits for our puppy and our family. There were times I felt pretty incompetent and unsure if I could get my dog to learn certain things. Angela, like Natalie before her, gave me the reassurance, encouragement and correct tools to keep us motivated. We are in awe of what our dog can do and it’s a lot of fun too.
Angela is an awesome trainer! She really makes things easy to understand and is very patient. I appreciate the education on what is typical and what can be expected of a dog based on age, breed, and other factors. Love train track too as a reference.
