Nice spot. Surprisingly quiet considering the location on a busy highway. Staff very helpful.

EDIT: Two years later and I'm changing my rating from 5 to 2 stars.The included breakfast is basically Hostess Twinkies and the like. Luckily there's a McD's next door. The place is showing lots of wear and tear.

Worst of all, we were awoken at 5:30am by someone hammering in the room above us.

The room was very clean and it was quiet. The breakfast was disappointing. There was a sign that if you have diarrhea you can't swim in the pool for at least 2 weeks so nobody was swimming. There are signs that they will charge you $100 if you smoke or sneak in a pet. I had the air conditioner on 77 and it would wake me up every time it turned on so I was either hot or cold depending on whether the air conditioner was on or off. The internet worked okay and cable was okay.

Everything was clean and supplied. Staff was friendly. I just needed a place for 1 night close to Mexicali airport and it worked out fine. Easy in and easy out. I grabbed a juice and a sealed ding dong for breakfast before hitting the road. You could make a waffle or have cereal. Lots of parking and convenient.

The rooms are not the most beautiful nor are they ugly. If you are not stuck up "high class" this is the best spot to get bang for your buck! Mike the manager is very helpful and attentive. Definitely support this small business!

Stayed there for 2 nights. Although the room rate was reasonable, their other charges were very excessive. For 2 nights, it cost over 500.00. Over 15 years I have stayed here before quite a few times while participating in American Legion events. NEVER, have I been so overcharged for a simple room. BE AWARE OF THEIR EXCESSIVE (none room rate) charges.

We visited the dunes this spring and rolled into Brawley dirty and exhausted after camping for a few days. This motel is aged but clean, quiet and very comfortable. It looks like the owners are in the progress of updating some areas. In our room was a kitchenette, nice act and even a comfy recliner to relax in. They were very friendly and got us in quickly.

Room was OK for a remote area, chairs needed a good clean, TV set top box could not cope with the extreme heat but manager changed it for us. Good wifi reception, fridge and microwave. Dreadful breakfast - only sugar laden sweet things so we gave it a miss.||A quiet hotel, but very tired,needs a real spruce up in decor.

We a cycling team taking part in RAAM 2022. Sadly our Tour RV broke down so half the team had to stay here for a couple of nights.

The proprietor and his wife were excellent and even, found us a couple of extra rooms as needed. Brawley is in the middle of a desert which we forget is unforgiving with our cars and trucks. The exterior must be a real task to keep clean. The rooms are well kept, very clean with bath and shower, fridge, microwave, TV and coffee maker. The beds are large and very comfortable.

If I ever have to pass through Brawley again, I will check in.
