If you are looking to getting a well behaved and well mannered dog, Maria is your go to person. Not only does she provide you with the proper resources that you need to maintain a well behaved dog she also is there to assist with any questions comments or concerns that you may have. I left my 8mo old Doberman Pinscher with her board and train program and the results came out beyond my expectations. I thought my Doberman was going to be untrainable when I dropped her off but came back with her being a whole new dog I thought I was picking someone else’s dog and not mine but sure enough, Maria worked her magic and rounded her out to an outstanding pup!

Maria is great! My pup came back so much more behaved, and I have a 12 and 8 year old, and he listens to them with the commands. We took our 1 yr old mini aussie Lucy to get trained by Maria.  Lucy is a hyper dog and had trouble focusing when we were training her ourselves.  We were getting frustrated with not getting the results that we wanted when training her ourselves.  We liked the idea of having Lucy be with Maria for the 3 weeks to be trained. When we picked Lucy up she could focus and follow the commands that Maria worked on with her!  We saw great improvement with our Lucy.
Maria took the time to show us the techniques that we needed to follow and continue training at home. Maria has been available to help us with any questions we've had. We appreciate it. Maria is prompt response, attentive, caring, and answered any questions we had.

Update:

We couldn’t be happier with the results of Sprout’s three-week boarding and on-leash training program with Maria. After our success with Nala 4 years ago, we knew we had to send our next dog to her. It was clear how much she cared about Sprout’s success and our satisfaction as pet owners.

2021:
I enrolled my 6 month (now currently 8 month) old English Cream Golden Retriever, Nala, in Maria's Learn & Lodge which is the 3 week training program. Enrollment was quick and easy and Maria was and is a wonderful trainer to work with. Nala has learned so much. It is a lot easier to regain her focus than it was before her training. Where she has excelled the most and why I am such a big fan of Maria's work with Nala is her on leashing walking as well as her response to commands like sit/stay and down/stay. She has also been a lot more cooperative when it comes to crate time. Maria ensures that you are content with the outcome of the training program and is more than willing to help and provide guidance even after the training program. She is quick to respond to phone calls and texts about any further questions and has even invited Nala and I back to do a refresher lesson. There is a great deal of respect you can clearly see these dogs have for Maria. Maria is also incredibly honest about what she believes will work best for your pup and never tries to pressure you into additional services, she only suggests and leaves the rest to your judgement. That is something I really appreciate, especially in a world where all people want to do is make a quick buck. Very excited to see Nala continue to grow with the foundation Maria has helped establish for her!

We just had our Bernedoodle, Stormeee trained by Maria with Top Performance Dog Training. Our 1yr old came home fully leashed trained. Maria not only trained our dog, she took the extra time to teach us as well, which is so important.

Maria was great with our dog Otto! You can see immediately that she has so much knowledge, experience, and patience training dogs. She worked with our dog on the leash training. When we picked him up he was VERY well trained! We have two small children, and he even listened to our daughter with all of the commands. Maria also helped us housebreak our dog since he’s still a pup. I definitely recommend Maria!!!!
