We went because of reviews and did not disappoint! Very happy and satisfied with service. The cut was the best one by far from any other groomer in the past. I tried pet bar and this was better and more budget friendly. Speaking of friendly, Jerry was amazing! He handled them so well. Will be coming back to bring my third.

Toad & Yoda give an all paws up to Top Dog for their so fresh and
so clean look. Quick to get them in. Called this morning, and dropped them at noon. Great service, friendly staff. The boys will definitely be back.

If I could give ZERO stars, I WOULD!! Our sweet Labradoodle's first experience at the dog groomer has forever been RUINED! My daughter picked her up with every nail on ALL 4 PAWS BLEEDING! She was so scared & shaking that my daughter called me in tears. The first clue was when she showed up to drop her off & no one spoke English. After discovering the blood on the car seat, she called me. Once I finally got through to the receptionist, who was NOT at the office, I was asked to send pics. After sending (2) pics with all nails bleeding, she said she needed to see pics of all 4 paws (as if 10 toenails weren't enough). This is NOT about the $$, this is nothing short of PET ABUSE!!!!! Do not take your sweet babies to TOP DOG Grooming in CONROE!

Brought in princess today and was so pleased with the work it had been a little while since she had gotten groomed and I also made the appointment last minute didn’t do in advance and they fit me right in the gentleman that was at the front was very nice great customer service will be back as prices are very reasonable and they did great I recommend and will be back and it’s affordable 🙏🙏🙏😎😎

I recently took my medium Labradoodle for a midday appointment, and I couldn't be more pleased! At first when I showed up I was asked for my booking time and name. I realized I wasn’t even sure if it was the right day for my appointment but the gentleman there didn’t mind. He gave me a price and time for pickup. I had to stop at the ATM because they are cash only but that’s okay, I have plenty of time before pickup. The price was very affordable ($120) especially considering the level of care my dog needed. This included a full bath, hair cut plus a nail trim (Every place I’ve taken to him previously wasn’t able to cut his nails and would just take the price off)

The gentleman that was the the front desk took the time to assess my dog’s fur and the matting he had.

When I picked my dog up, I was thrilled to see him looking so fresh and clean. I couldn’t recognized him and neither did the other three dogs we have. The matting was removed, and you could tell he felt so much better. I was very happy and tipped an additional $20

I took my Standard Poodle Kahlo for a weekend appointment and they did a great job fixing his haircut and washing him. My dog is also very nervous and anxious when going to grooming salons due to a bad past experience but he came back home very calm and with a great haircut.

We came to Top Dog and they did a great job cutting my Golden Retriever. He needed a grooming really desperately and the team here took great care of him. He came home looking great and so happy. They treated him like a king the whole time. They are great.
