Eddie always does a wonderful job taking care of our two cats. He is reliable and sends daily updates. If one of them is sick or needs special attention, he makes sure to communicate all the necessary information. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

I started working with Eddie in early 2024 for cat sitting services and he has been incredible. I'm out of town quite often for work trips and needed someone reliable to watch my three cats. He's always extremely responsive and professional. I also love the easy to use online portal as well as the the daily pictures he sends of each pet. I'd highly recommend using Toby's Pet Care!

I needed care for my 2 dogs and was excited about Toby’s when I read the wonderful reviews. I filled out all of the paperwork online but never received a callback or any response. I waited for a couple of weeks and called but was only able to leave a voicemail. I never heard from anyone from Toby’s. Perhaps they were full and couldn’t accept any additional clients. I have no idea. I would have appreciated a callback or at least an email however, that didn’t happen.

I am so thankful that we found Eddie at Toby's Pet Care! We have used this service for our cat several times over the past year and have been completely satisfied with how Eddie follows our directions for her care, he communicates promptly and thoroughly, and shows kindness and insight into what her needs are. I highly recommend Eddie with Toby’s Pet Care. We have 2 senior dogs that need special care. At the Meet and Greet our dogs immediately accepted Eddie without barking. It was evident Eddie had read my profile of both dogs and asked appropriate questions regarding their care. My husband & I looked forward to receiving updates and pictures from every visit. These small gestures reassured us that our precious pets were receiving great care. His website and Pet Portal is easy to use. We will definitely use Toby’s Pet Care again.

Eddie has been looking after our 2 rabbits whenever we're away for a couple of years now. He's always very communicative, thorough, and sends us updates and photos of the bunnies. We've loved our experience with him and would recommend him to anyone else with small critters who need looking after.

We have been working with Toby's Pet Care since we moved to the area in 2018. From the start, our sitter, Eddie, has been courteous, caring, and comforting - for us AND for our cat! We receive pictures during each visit that show how contented our cat is with Eddie's visits, and we never have to worry about the cat's loneliness or health while we're away. We don't travel too often, but when we do, Toby's Pet Care is our go-to for cat sitting. We're always grateful to have found them!
