I made an appointment 8 days in advance, the lady on the phone was super nice and polite. My dog, which is a highly vocal HUSKY hates grooming and always kicks up a huge fuss so I was dreading this but it turned out GREAT...! Super professional, fast, and affordable for this coastal area. I used to take my 29 pound small-miniature labradoodle, Polly, all the way from Santa Barbara to Carpenteria to be groomed because it was a friendly place, run by a sweet man who seemed to care about the dogs entrusted to his care for a few hours. Polly always looked good when I picked her up (the whole business ate up nearly half a day) but she never loved going there.

Polly loves going to Trimnasium! I don’t know what Joanne’s magic is with dogs but Polly pulls at her leash to get into the beauty parlor and always looks great when she leaves.

Made an appointment in advance. I got the impression the woman booking my reservation over the phone was preoccupied. When I arrived I was turned away almost immediately because of the breed of my dog. I was told my dog would make their other clients uncomfortable.
