Keisha and Valerie have done an excellent job with our Goldendoodle. He did board and train and came back a much calmer and happier dog. He loves to go back with them when we have to travel because he loves being around the other dogs in the training program. He’s a good listener and follows his commands well. We can take him out and about and he is well behaved and gets complements all the time.

When I first brought my dog , a labradoodle to start for service training, we were so excited how will my dog respond to it. I meet Keisha who can control and relate to dog . My dog had leaned fast with ease . She can handle them well. My dog had passed the first training and took care of Chloe while I was away and even took her to training with her. I can’t say enough good things about the Service Dog Team Academy! They did a board and train for my Aussiedoodle puppy, and the difference was amazing. She’s more willing to listen, calmer, and much more focused. We’re about to start service dog training soon so I can take her into my workplace, and I’m confident she’ll be able to handle it with ease, thanks to their incredible training. Keisha has been awesome throughout the process, and even when I have to go out of town for work, they take excellent care of my pup and keep working with her. Keisha and Val have become some of both mine and my dog’s favorite people. I was initially very nervous about sending my service dog and training for a board and train. When my wife said we were going to train a dog to identify allergens in food for our kids i thought she was insane. As we did our research and got our pup, it became clear that it was going to be a huge job to train him and a huge challenge to find the right training situation! Then, she found Keisha and Valerie at Service Dog Team Academy. They are local, they are effective, friendly and love all of their clients! It has been great to see the progress our dog has made since starting with them! We did a 2 week board and train (which we would recommended to everyone!) and our dog just passed his Canine Good Citizen test! Next up is specialized training for his skill and service dog work! Our dog Jasper loves them and loves working! We are thrilled we found them!

The Service Dog Team is absolutely amazing. Keisha was fantastic training my little rescue that needed help in every way possible. She was able to get my little Bitzy trained and has become such a loving wonderful little dog. The dedication , talent , patience, positive reinforcement and professionalism they have is the best in the business. I wish there were more option to give than 5 stars because they are worth a million stars for sure. If you need your dog trained this is the place to go. Reached out regarding training and spoke with one of the owners a few weeks ago. Although she was very nice, I felt sketched out because she never asked anything basic about my dog (name, age, breed, vaccination status) before offering to enroll us and requesting payment via Zelle/Cashapp. Also tried to pitch making my dog a "service dog" so I could bring her anywhere.... even though I don't have a disability, which is fraudulent.

I ended the call and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and do some research online before making a decision because I really wanted a positive reinforcement trainer and this is the only one local that does board/train. Well, this business has some other reviews on Yelp and BBB and also under the name "Canine Solutions Dallas" that should be checked out. The owners reviewed their own business on Yelp (at least 4 times) and claimed to have 3 dogs that went through training....... "I love this place. I've worked with them with 3 of my dogs .I love my experience with them. Winnie had the best time and was definitely better when she came back home she was much more trained. Winnie knew her sits and all her commands and they met with me whenever I needed it love y'all!!! Totally recommend".

This is so incredibly weird and unethical and I would never trust them with my dog.
