This place is great! My daughter Lily and I went in today and 2 of the girls working there ( Macy and Dev) made our experience amazing. Those girls are rad. Fred also was amazing! We can't wait to go back. ?

I found a red slider on the freeway. I didn’t know what to do with him or how to house him until I found a place for him. They were so helpful here. They showed me what to feed him and what he needed. They never got tired of my questions. I am so thankful for their help. I called them several days in a row ? And they were never rude. They really know their stuff. You can tell they really like animals.
Finally, I was able to find a man who had an acre pond with red slider turtles and he was willing to take my lost boy ?

I've gotten most of my tarantulas and their food, along with my gargoyle gecko and her bioactive enclosure there and I love this place. My kids love visiting to see all the critters and I always get knowledgeable and helpful service whenever I go in there.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! I came in and asked about 100 questions two days in a row and everyone I spoke with took their time in giving me detailed informative answers. Why shop at a big box chain when you can go somewhere you know they have your little buddies best interest at heart?

DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE! I ordered a water bowl and two hides for my ball python. I ordered directly from their website. After some time, I had not received any sort of confirmation that my package was being sent. I reached out to them, and they never responded I just suddenly had a confirmation from UPS that my package was on it's way. This is the condition that I received it. They forced them into a package that was too small, and broke both hides. I called them, their voice message says "Leave a message and we'll respond within two business days." I also sent them an email demanding a refund. They have never called me, or responded to my email. The only thing I could do was submit a claim with UPS. DO NOT BUY ONLINE, they are horrible.

Prices that you cannot be for any type of reptilian. It is a really cool atmosphere. And there. They actually have a big old turtle. That I wanted to buy just walk and around in there. Which is amazing makes you feel like you are somewhere else the people there. Hopping out people are very helpful and respectful. I would recommend us if you're going to buy a snake. Snakes are the best they go by your vibration. They cannot hear anything, but they do. Go by vibration and your heat signatures. So snakes are very amazing creatures. You should try it and go get one and hear. They have good pricing for the reptiles. And snakes and everything else that they have in there. I recommend it to anyone who wants to get a pet snake.

This place is still the best place around for reptile supplies. They have everything that you would ever need for all your reptile needs including a wide selection of reptiles as well. I buy all my feeders from here. Rats(live or frozen), worms, and any thing that you would need to house, feed or decorate your reptiles new home. I love this place so much I have a platinum membership that save me 15% on all my purchases for a year.
The serpentarium is ran by a very knowledgable staff and I will not shop anywhere else for my snakes and gecko.
