You can see below that the business provided nothing but excuses for their behavior. Yes, I was upset, but I stand behind that as my cat needed groomed as she is uncomfortable. Would the owner have spoken with me directly when I asked rather than hiding behind your employee this could have been dealt with before it escalated.

A recipe for disaster. I trusted my cat to get groomed here. They pulled a bait and switch and had her groomed by someone else the second time I came. The owner told me that she would be the only one grooming my cat because she was the only one that did them. When I picked her up it was somekne else and the cat looked awful two days later, didn't trim anything as I had requested. I gave them another shot. I got there and the owner (Jenna wasn't there again). This time they didn't even pretend and at least have her take my cat back 😂 I asked to speak with the owner and she wouldn't talk to me or call me back.

Fool me once. You cannot trust your pet in their hands.

This place is amazing! My cat Tiny came home looking amazingly fluffy and so proud of how cute she was.

Another amazing job by Ariel at The Savannah Groom Room! My miniature schnauzer, Draco, always comes home looking fantastic and happy. Mini schnauzers are known for having a lot of fur in their ears—it’s just part of the breed—and keeping that under control is so important. Before we found Savannah Groom Room, I used to take Draco to PetSmart, but they labeled him as “fussy” about his ears and refused to do them, even though it’s something that needs regular attention.

Since coming here, it’s been such a relief. Ariel always handle his ears with no problem and gives him the proper schnauzer grooming, including his beard, eyebrows, and the occasional neat skirt trim. She takes her time, and he clearly loves her, even though schnauzers can be a little particular :).

I’m so happy we found this place. Highly recommend for anyone with a schnauzer or any pet that needs some extra care!

Was recommended Savannah Groom Room by a neighbor when we moved back to Savannah last summer. Had to wait a few months until they had room to schedule our standard poodle in but so glad we did. Jenna & team do a fantastic job with Ziggy. They always listen to our request and do a wonderful job making him look his best. So handsome!!

I have two beloved Persian cats that are mild mannered I have had mostly good experiences. Anyone that has had a bad experience knows that it can be extra terrible and personal , so I hope this helps others avoid going to another place as there is another place in town I had a bad experience with that was opposite to this. This positive experience outshines every other experience.

I showed up 30 +minutes late to my apt. Do not be like me. This severely messes up their schedule. They were so kind & accommodating & did not have attitude whatsoever. The haircut they gave my sweet kitty is 15/10 incredible. Really good lions cut with perfect lines and cute little boots. Most importantly my kitty was returned to me in a comfortable and safe state & is now on cloud 9 enjoying his new cut!!! It was clear he was very well loved and attended to in addition to getting an incredible cut. Definitely the best haircut and group of people collectively. I will also be taking my dog here.

We’ve been searching for a groomer for the past year and we’re SO thankful to have found the groom room! Rocco looks absolutely amazing! Drop off was friendly and easy, and they nailed all of the quirks we love about his haircut. Highly recommend!

We had our English Cream Golden Retriever groomed by Ariel. She did a phenomenal job of grooming our dog. She groomed her exactly as we asked. She looks wonderful and we know she feels much better. Thank you again and next time we need a groom when we are in town we know exactly where we will come.

A very bad experience, I rarely give a low rating but they didn't tell me when they hurt my pet, and the grooming was very perfunctory and unprofessional. They would say that the grooming process would cause pain to the pet, but I found out that it directly hurt my pet. Till I came home, I realized how bad my pet's condition was. And the store was not standalone which is very difficult to find. Even though you have moved to a new address, Not recommended at all!

Update: So you are telling me you know my pet better than me. FUNNY.
Why don’t you think about the reason I still made this comment instead of letting it go?
I won't be replying to you anymore, seeing your evasive words only makes me feel more sorry for my cat.
