Just seen this maniac (whoever drives this mobile) drive through an elementary school intersection with kids crossing and didn’t even bother to come to a complete stop. If you can’t even come to a complete and just roll across while young vulnerable children are around, how can you trust this person to have patience with a stranger’s pet when he can’t even wait an extra ten seconds for a kid to safely cross?! No excuses!

Very disapointed. I made an appointnent 1 month in advance for full service and not only was she late but was done with 2 dogs in 20 min and charged 115$ and was very uncomfortably rushed due to a dentist appointment she had to go to. My uncle cant get around good and is a vietnam vet and she wounldnt even bring the dogs into our home. She let them lose and took us 10 min to get them into the house. My uncle feels over charged and very bad over such unprofessional services. Will not be calling again or reffering anyone to there service. Very dissatisfied and disappointed 😡 😥

Very expensive, doesn't like to manage an appointment book and forces us to call back when it's convenient for them. Cut our dogs a few times in the past and we always felt the quality of service just did not meet the price paid. That said, the service benefit was really the mobile aspect where you can schedule on a day when you have someone at the house which takes a great deal of stress off the animals not having to be placed in a kennels all day but once that convenience wanes, there's really nothing about the service that is appealing. The cut is just average at best and trying to make a convenient appointment is a thing of the past. Lately it seems like every time we try to schedule something there's some reason or another why it won't work for them.. specifically, after trying to make a recent appointment we were turned away and told to call back 2 weeks later to make an appointment. I asked to do the scheduling now to save me a call later AND more importantly allow me to schedule MY day in advance- I think most companies would schedule that appointment for you and book it on that call rather than denying you the courtesy and expecting additional calls. Not this company. For reasons that made little sense, we were not able to schedule anything in advance. Just don't feel the operation is very professional and since I am now unable to do something as simple as make 1 call to set an appointment, I am unable to recommend them, even for convenience.

I see there is a response from the owner who still doesn't get the issue. The issue is when I call to schedule an appointment I don't want to have to call back 2 weeks later. I don't care if I have to wait 1.5 months for the appointment I just want to call and book it without having to be given a different excuse each time I call as to why you cannot book me in advance. Quite unprofessional. You have no problem spending time trying to clean up and respond to your reviews but you don't have the time to look forward in the schedule and set an appointment when I call.

So let's take the response line by line.

This is not an apology for having created extra frustration for a continued paying customer. This fails to take on any responsibility to perhaps evaluate your customer service techniques and try to be understanding of the customers issue. When you tell someone you are sorry THEY FEEL that way, its not an apology, it's actually an affirmation of their complaint. You should say, YOU are SORRY that YOU provided bad customer service.

Nope, not asking for something right away. Of course, it would be nice to do something sooner but not a hard requirement. Just called to schedule an appointment.

>> If we have groomed your dog before that is why I ask if you would like to reschedule after each grooming appointment so that you can continue to stay on the schedule and won't have to wait for the next time.

>> Most of my customers book after each grooming session so that this does not happen.

Most? not ALL? So only MOST customers DON'T experience the bad customer support of your company not able to book an appointment with a single call?

Precisely my point. WE TRIED calling and couldn't get on the schedule so why should we think a third call will be any different?

I love having a Mobil groomer and Sassy Pooch is great. We have a Maltese and a pugpoo so grooming is really important. They are clipped exactly the way I ask and shampooed and dried. This is a professional groomer and she also is very accommodating. Excellent service.

I have tried many times to get an appointment. They always say they are 1 to 2 months booked out. This time I said I would like to book an appointment anyway and they hung up on me. I called back thinking it was an accident and they didn’t answer. Answering machine says text them don’t leave a message. I text them and explained I wanted an appointment and understood it wouldn’t be until the end of July and I was hung up on. The message I received in response simply said the date and time of the next availability and if I want it they need my dogs name, phone number and address. Just doesn’t seem like they want my business so I will quit trying.

My dog was happy, and groomed professionally, right at home - not having to sit in a cage for hours, very happy with this service.
