I reached out to the training facility because I was overwhelmed and at my wits end with my super anxious and hyper golden retriever. I just couldn't get her to calm down or figure out how to train her. But after Level 1, Puppy Level 2, and Level 2 obedience training at The Royal K9, things have really turned around. It's taken a lot of practice, but her behavior has improved a ton, and our bond is stronger than ever. I can't thank them enough for their awesome work. And now my pup's loving daycare too. They are just so sweet and caring, she has a blast there! 10/10 would recommend!

Top notch trainers who assess your needs and truly care about the dogs they train. Pete is a completely changed dog after his board and train experience, he's not perfect but a work in progress still.

We brought our two dogs here and neither dog enjoyed it. We were nickel and dimed every step of the way, they charged way more the country care ever did, and my great Pyrenees came back to me with a severely fractured and infected dew claw that now needs to be amputated - hello, massive vet bill. They were very rude, over charged us, and didn't follow our instructions for the dogs regarding how much to feed them or what their addon's should be.

We attended puppy basics 1 taught by Trainer Gina. The facilities are well suited for training, Corey was very helpful in the registration process, and Gina was amazing! Very knowledgeable, attentive yet relaxed, calm and encouraging, helpful in all the ways we needed. The class covered important basics to give us a good foundation. We’re ready for puppy basics 2!

I just completed the Puppy Basics class, and Gwen was a great instructor. I also started enrichment sessions for my pup to help build her confidence, and I will be using them for boarding. The facility is clean and the staff is exceptional.

I had an exceptional experience with Royal K9's group classes. Initially skeptical about finding a class suitable for my 2 1/2-year-old dog, I was pleasantly surprised by their Level 1 Obedience class tailored specifically for adult dogs. With limited class sizes, each participant received ample attention, fostering a conducive learning environment. After just a few sessions, I noticed significant improvements in my dog's behavior during our daily walks, thanks to the regained leadership instilled by the course.

Our puppy, who happens to be very large for his age, took the puppy class with Gina recently and learned a lot. The large, outdoor training area worked out great for us given Moose's size and Gina was very patient and helpful. Loved it!!

Work was better than attitude. When I made the appointment I talked to them about my dog being skittish with people and they assured me the groomer was patient and used to working with difficult dogs (they have a German Shepherd rescue there). When they called me to let me know they were finished I felt like I was being shamed that he was difficult. I wouldn't bring him back except that their work was excellent. He's never been so clean and handsome. The $90 fee seemed steep but I can't say I felt overcharged, they did a really good job. It wasn't a warm and fuzzy experience, felt more like a bad parent teacher conference on the call and picking him up, but we'll go back because as far as the quality of the grooming it was very, very good.
