Had a great 1st appt but the 2nd time was unfortunately the last due to when I asked for another of the same cut she referenced a babydoll cut which I had no idea what that entail so I described the cut I wanted which is for my dogs undercoat to not be cut and her to get a trim. I guess they didn't pay attention to what I stated and gave a very choppy baby doll cut to my once very beautifully coated pomeranian. She insisted it was all my decision but my request of how I wanted her cut to be was unheard so I feel upset that not only was my baby hurt by having her nipple cut off which I have pics of but she is now very cold and we can tell she has been traumatized by this last experience.

They were nice and did exactly like I wanted for my Lillee (female shorkie) . Lillee looked so good! Be definitely taking Lillee back for more grooming.

We were so grateful that the Ritz Spa and Resort could fit us in on such short notice for boarding. The facility was super clean, and spacious for our puppies. We were also super impressed with the grooming of our Border Collie and Mini Aussie as well as pricing is reasonable! We will definitely be back!

We love The Ritz and Tawnie!! She always does such a great job with our girls and takes such great care of all of them when we’re out of town! She is our first and only choice for grooming and kenneling!
