I wasn’t very thrilled with this place. I have always heard good things so decided to give them a try since our usual groomer hasn’t been available. My pup got pretty matted, she’s small and when I’d brush her she got real nervous and I didn’t want to hurt her and we hadn’t been to our usual in a while. Anyhow. Overall I’m not too happy about the groom or the service. Even being matted, my girl is very choppy and uneven. She looks butchered. They told me most likely she would need go be shaved down, and I told them that was fine but I didn’t expect her to come back super choppy. I’m pretty sure her nails weren’t trimmed either.. the gentleman is the front gave me an odd vibe. The first thing he said was he feels sorry for women in this business because they end up with dog hair in their tits and other places.. Not professional and definitely not something you say to a female client. I don’t think we’ll be returning.

They did a wonderful job on my doodle! My pups first groom was stress free. He looked and smelled fantastic. Very kind snd caring staff.

Fantastic place! My dog went in happy and came out happy! If you are new they bond with thr dog before they start cliping away! He looks wonderful and they even gave him gel for his mowhawk!! I already scheduled another appointment!

Update, since the owner let her husband run this place when he couldn't make a living with the pawn shop, he has run this place to the ground.
Has written appointments on our card and then changes them in the book and or doesn't write it in the book. Then they play dumb and act like they don't need our business because they are so busy. Our dogs went for for years but you don't value our business or own to your mistakes?
The husband is horrible and needs to go.
Sadly, we loved the ladies who have taken care of us, but it isn't worth having our dogs subjected to this gentleman and his failure to run a schedule. We have had issues now 3 times this year.
1. Coming on a day our appointment was scheduled on the card. Him forcing the lady to take our 2 dogs and get them done when they were busy, because he forgot to put them on the book. I wasn't happy he did that to his wife.

2. Forgot to write our other dog whom gets groomed 2 times a year but was on our card he had written the appointments on causing issues again for the lady.

3. Putting one of our appointments we make for the year on a Thurday (we didn't realize until the week of) His excuse is we didn't have a Saturday. I think you should let someone know this when they work in the Springs and would have to take a day off. Then he claims it was moved from the 28th, to the 21st which we did not know either. Wonder who moved it back a week? Either way, we have never been available on any day but Saturday.

I think because they need money now that he lost his bussinesss that they did this on purpose because we have a large dog and why would you care about us when you can get smaller dogs in and out and make more money.

Best place ever! My dogs love coming here. They are treated like they are their own and always have the best grooming experience here.
Will never go anywhere else. Been using them for years!

I had an appointment for over 2 months to wait for a dog grooming. When I showed up they denied me because my pet isn’t vaccinated. It would have been nice if they would have told me that upfront. They didn’t even have signs posted or on their website. Unprofessional in my opinions

Absolutely the best dog groomers in town. My dogs are treated with the tlc a dog owner gives there own. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I give them a 10.

They have always done a beautiful job with my little dog. He is a special needs dog, in a wheelchair, and he just loves the ladies at the pet spa!
