Karina is so good at what she does. She is kind, patient, and a gifted groomer. 10/10 would recommend. I don't trust very many people with my animals but I definitely trust her.

First time here, not coming back! We’re extremely disappointed and upset with our dogs experience and not only that, but the customer service as well. When we arrived, the worker at the front desk didn’t give us detailed information on what they were going to do and even when we told her it was our first time here. We specified we did not want her cut short and one of the groomers said she was matted in areas it didn’t seem so. We came to pick her up and she was shaved down so short to her body. The groomer quickly handed her off to us and didn’t give an overview of what she did. They also plucked her ear hair which caused a reaction where we had to apply medicine. Our puppy was in a lot of discomfort for days after. I even directly messaged them through instagram about our concerns and no response! This location lacks good customer service, well communication, and positive attitudes.

Great service, the groomers are kind and patient with my separation anxiety ridden dog. They do a great job and she looks beautiful. I have returned several times and always get good service. I have recommended the Pet Parlor to my friends and will continue to do so. Thanks for treating my girl so nicely.

We have been taking our dogs to this place for over 3 years, then after the pandemic their business became so busy that they refused service for our dog saying he's too hyper and hard to groom. Honestly it hurts to hear that because even after we moved farther we still preferred to drive there to have our dogs groomed there, then all of a sudden they can't them our dog after 3 years?l I guess that's what happens when they became successful, they forget the people that helped them as a small business to get there.

Took my dogs in this morning and was not happy with them. The lady at the front with the long as eyelashes and stuff on her lip is very unprofessional. Got mad bc I said I wasn’t paying for a service you didn’t do. Ask for my dogs nails to be cut, trimmed etc and it was not done. But she wanted me to pay for it and I said no and she got mad. Big mad! Worse place ever and their prices are ridiculous I have 2 Yorkies. Don’t go here!

I brought my Yorkie to them after having a horrible experience at Petsmart (they had done a chop job from hell and that was the manager of the grooming salon). I had to wait months for his hair to grow. I heard great reviews about this place and had to try them. I’m SOOO glad O did! The staff is super nice and sweet to my little man. They did an amazing cut to make my dog look cute again. Highly recommend and you won’t be disappointed!

I took my Cavalier Spaniel in to be groomed. First they cut here exactly as I asked and she looked great. Second Coco has come home stressed from the groomer before but she was very happy. Happy dog happy customer. We will be going back...

My dog Gobi was groomed today and noticed that the skin under his eyes was ripped off. When I asked them to explain, the groomer said she tried to apply conditioner, but the skin came off when she tried to clean the area. She said that it happens if the tear build up isn't maintained clean.

My dogs have been on a scheduled grooming schedule for years and not one groomer has hurt my dog. Other dog groomers have applied the conditioner and "GENTLY" cleaned the area as best they can without hurting my dog. While I will admit to not properly maintaining my dogs tear build up there is no way I can accept that the groomer had to hurt my dog.

I mean...the second she noticed she was pulling off his skin why didn't she stop? And when she pulled off his skin under one eye why did she proceed to do the other eye? All I can gather is that this must be a normal thing at this pet groomers, because common sense would dictate that the dog's owner be called and apprised of the situation before moving forward. Now I have to worry about his injury getting infected.

I'm going to take a few breaths and figure out what I'm going to do. I'm completely beside myself seeing my poor dog with lacerations under both his eyes.
