Anna did a very nice grooming job with my poodle except for the fact that she charged me $10 extra because she said my dog misbehaved while her paws were being done. This was the 2nd time Anna groomed her. The first time Anna groomed her, she told me that my dog was very well behaved. At this moment, my dog is hiding under the bed and won't let me touch her. Also, when another client came in, Anna told her how naughty my dog was while I was standing there making a payment. This is unprofessional and embarrassing, to say the least.

Anna said she had only started grooming cats about a year ago. I brought in my long haired black & white tuxedo for a summer hair cut and she did an AMAZING job!!! StanLee will be getting all his haircuts with Anna.

Anna is the best! She grooms my 15-year-old toy Poodle/Bichon mix and always does a great job. She is very kind and caring to her which I appreciate greatly! Callie just had emergency surgery and she was very gentle with her.

We are in town visiting from Texas. My dog had an accident had to take to groomer. Anna was so amazing with my PTSD cognitive decline, canine ! When we came to pick her up, she was done beautifully know where the groomer has been able to get everything that we have asked for! We bring our dogs when we come to Pagosa, and I will use her again! She was amazing and her prices are so reasonable she deserves bigger tips!
