I just wanna say from my experience for over 28 years. LYNETTE has been my DOG GROOMER. She has groomed my Dogs on a regular schedule of 6 to 8 weeks. She has also boarded my dogs for vacations and unexpected family events. LYNETTE is a very compassionate person for animals, she takes her time. She will let you know if she notices anything while your animal is being groomed or boarded. I would not trade her for any other DOG GROOMER because I trust her.

Been taking my dog to Lynette for 15 plus years. Used to go to another groomer and the dogs never looked cleaned after. Our doggie comes back each time with cute little bows and so bright and white. Our dog had a bad reaction to a flea/tick med that changed her personality. Lynette can handle her when she gets feisty. She has known her since we got her as a puppy and now she is 13. My dog goes in every 4 weeks to keep clean, healthy and cute! Clean, safe, caring grooming salon. Highly recommend!

I have moved several times and taken my dog to several different groomers over the years, and I've learned that some groomers will bathe the dogs then stick them in front of a box fan to dry for hours before beginning the grooming; that is just not okay to me. That's absolutely NOT the case with Pampered Pup! Lynette is a seasoned professional who truly cares for her clients (and never forgets the loyal ones!), and takes the care to be sure your pup feels safe and looks great. My family dog went to Lynette for years, so I was excited when I heard about Pampered Pup in West Chicago for my dog. I had a few specific requests and she delivered on all of them. My dog looks great, and she clearly had a nice time with Lynette since she wasn't scared as we left, which has been the case elsewhere. Their place is also super clean and spacious, which matters when you have a bunch of animals. Highly recommend!

I was so excited to bring our new rescue back to Pampered Pup. We had our previous dog groomed by Lynette for 10+ years. Having lost the old gal 5 years ago.....we were welcomed with open arms when we brought in our new pup. Old friends yet always helpful, loving and professional. Lynette (the owner) is who I go to for dog obedience advice as well as overall dog health questions too. She is a one in a million and I am happy and very comfortable knowing my new 70 pound baby is in her hands!

I’ve been taking my small Bichon Poodle mix to Pampered Pup for over 14 years! The grooming performed is consistent every time. My dog unfortunately is quite anxious and a handful at times. Lynette is always able to handle the situation and get the job done. Our house always smells great for weeks after our little walking air freshener comes home! Very knowledgeable about dog breeds and dog health also. Very happy with this service!

Lynette has been taking care of my dog Oliver for years. He is a Bichon who hates grooming. Lynette is not only the only groomer he trusts, she does a wonderful job and he always looks great when she's done. She really is the best in the business. I have sent friends her way and they agree.

While they do a sufficient job with grooming, they are unprofessional and rude. Half the time when you pick up your dog they are not in their business even though they recently called you to pick up your pet. My doodles are very well trained, no need for a leash while on a walk and are friendly with everyone. My older dog Tansy had never been skittish going to the groomer. Second time we went she was so nervous and kept trying to run out. For owning a business whose clients are dogs they do not seem to like pets. Always trust your dogs natural instincts.
