I've spent a ton of money at this place. I set up several aquariums using stuff and fish and plants purchased at this store....I even donated all my tanks back to Clint when I moved so he could use them for whatever. I've even left good reviews in the past. I recently got another 55 gallon tank so I went to the jungle to get some ideas and see what was new. I told Clint I was just looking around and he seemed immediately irritated with me. I asked a couple questions and he was extremely short with me to the point of not answering my questions. I guess if you're ready to spend money, they're super accommodating. But if you're just checking the store out or seeing what's new, Clint acts like he doesn't have the time of day for you and is somewhat rude...even though he's just standing around. You run a pet shop, Clint. You're not warren buffett. I'll spend my money online from now on. Thanks

This place is fantastic! I first started coming here years ago for the incredible plant collection, and now I’m a proud owner of fish, shrimp, and snails. Everything in this shop is top-notch and meticulously cared for. The owner and staff are always polite, helpful, and ready to assist with anything you need. I highly recommend this shop for all your 'jungle' needs! It’s also a great place to visit when you’re bored—perfect for browsing and killing time. Just be warned: you might leave with a few new 'homies'!

I love visiting this store! I've been a reptile/arachnid keeper for over 15 years and this store has all the supplies I need. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and their store puppy is just the cutest 😍

This place is amazing! Not only does it really feel like a jungle, the staff is so knowledgeable and has great recommendations. They ethically sourced their pets. They offer a variety of house plants as well, and the staff knows a lot about them. I went in looking for fish, they have a great healthy looking selection of tropical fish. They can even give you recommendations on which fish live best with other fish. Would highly recommend going here for any of your pet or plant needs. Best pet shop in the Yampa Valley!

This place is so awesome! They have everything you need and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful! This is the best pet shop I have ever been to. All of their animals and fish are very well taken care of and they care about helping you succeed in keeping whatever you buy happy and healthy. I absolutely love this place; Clint is the best! Started my aquarium journey 3 years ago and have bought all my fish and supplies here; Clint and the other staff are super knowledgeable and very helpful. With their advice, I was able to successfully move 30+ fish from Colorado to Massachusetts without one casualty! I will miss this place for sure!!

Love this place!! The owner is so kind and helped my boyfriend and I get started with the perfect tank. He knows SO much about the fish and plant life which was so helpful. It’s great to feel like I have some knowledge going into this and he drops a lot of knowledge!
