My dog, Floyd had a bad reputation for destroying items when we weren’t around due to severe separation anxiety. The barking while in the crate while at work (only 3 days a week) was beyond what was acceptable. He was also starting to hurt himself. He went to The Heeling Canine for the 6 week board & train. Expensive but worth every penny! Jordan was able to build his self-confidence and now, two months later, I have a dog that I can enjoy! He just turned 5 and that saying you can’t teach an old dog new tricks is wrong. He loves pleasing! He doesn’t rip our arm off when going for walks. He understands what we need from him and we’re having great success with him in the crate. No longer running away and hiding when it’s time for us to leave for work. I ask him to go in, and reluctantly… He goes on his own accord. Barking is minimal at this time, and very acceptable (if someone comes to the door), I still want him to bark. He’s less neurotic and can relax outside of our home, (let’s say we take me to grandmas house), which he’s never been able to do.
I never invite anybody over for dinner… Because not too many people can deal with Floyd… But I am not embarrassed by him anymore and honestly he behaves like a normal dog now.
I’ll also be sure to use Jordan when we go on vacation as it’ll be nice for Floyd to stay with his trainings. Thank you Jordan!

Jordynne has been wonderful with Rosie. She has also been wonderful with me! Rosie came home yesterday with new manners and engaging skills and I am learning about new tools and tricks in communicating with Rosie. We highly recommend Jordynne and will be staying in touch for further boarding and training needs.

Jordynn helped my puppy tremendously! She worked on foundational work that my 5month old stubborn Rottweiler was lacking in. She listens so much better and thanks to Jordynn we have a better understanding of how to work better with our puppy.

Feb 14 Update to response posted by The Heeling Canine:
There are lot of things yet to be resolved including the refund matter. so the matter stands not resolved sadly though you allude for this to have happened, which is not true nor honest. You shared your "offer" of refund, there was no discussion or agreement as further information is not being shared as requested. To put facts straight, your response on whatsup, which is my preferred communication, was on Feb 9th when this review and transaction disputes went up since Jan 11th. There were multiple messages during this time period that were not responded to, including the update of my mother's heart attack from this sadness. so not sure how a message was sent in between with refund matters and not received, strange?
also, not sure of second doctor it was one doctor, my reference, who mentioned that that could be a cause of heart defect but wouldn't be known unless a necropsy was conducted but rigor mortis was already set in as we saw by the time he was only discovered dead around 1pm as you indicated. after feeding him at 7.30am. He didn't suffer from a generic heart defect as that was confirmed by his designated vet before and later of his boarding with you. And the friend who was there with you apparently that none of Bhairava's siblings/cousins or parents had any of this defect. I do stand corrected on how many days he was over there- 5 days and died on 6th day morning.
Time will heal and also help get us the closure needed here, while this seems to have become a purely transactional matter of communication at this point so no emotions valued anymore here as I see it.
Review on Feb 9, 2024.
I am writing to express my gratitude and regret filled with grief. And share our journey with Heeling Canine. Bhairava WAS our adorable baby. He died when he was boarding with Heeling Canine very suddenly on Dec 14, 2023.
The first interaction our fur baby had with Jordynne was great, she had him for training as she was the assigned trainer thru Dogwise Academy. He came back much more disciplined. So we knew we could trust Heeling Canine.
We were very confident that he would do great for a long-term boarding with her as well, because he seemed to like her and they bonded from the first training period of almost a month.
Sadly, we are left with grief of his sudden, shockingly unexpected death when at Heeling Canine. We have all endured trauma and shock in this tragedy including Jordynne who found him dead, a perfectly healthy, fully vaccinated 1.5-year-old German Shepherd Mastiff mix about 100 lbs, just suddenly passed away just 2 days into arriving at heeling canine boarding. Jordynne graciously made the arrangements for his final journey and got his remains back to us. She mentions that she fed him at 7.30 am and he was acting normal and when she returned to check on him around 1pm, he was already gone. Had blood in his mouth. This is a void we will have to live with for the rest of our lives.
Since then, Jordynne has been supportive and we have tried to heal each other's trauma, and our utter heartbreak of losing our baby and never be able to recover from it. However, all communication stopped a month ago including a conversation about helping us be issued a refund for the fact that we paid 2 grand for a whole month of boarding, but he was gone two days in. We hope Jordynne is well and can take care of herself and we all try to heal from this tragedy. And I hope no fur baby-dog of anyone will die so suddenly without any closure like this, especially when boarding and away from his parents. We don’t even know how much he suffered in his last moments, especially when fully fit and full of energy. We are trying to tell ourselves that we did the right thing of boarding him with Heeling Canine and this was cruel destiny that played out. Thanks Jordynne, be well.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! She helped me out so much with my dog Lily. Lily was not able to follow any commands until I brought her to The Heeling Canine. With Lily she use to bark at anything for no reason. She also used to break out of the backyard when we were gone and be roaming free around the neighborhood but not anymore, she doesn’t bark at anything for no reason anymore and she stopped trying to escape lol. Jordynn did an amazing job and I am beyond grateful for her to help me out. Definitely recommend!!!! That’s why I gave her 5 ⭐️.
