Donna always does such a great job with Cleo and Yoda! Donna has been grooming Cleo since 2020. Cleo is sassy, but Donna is very patient with her! Cleo looks grumpy, but I know she always feels so much better after a visit with Donna. She does a great job on my pug, especially with his nails.

It has been hard finding the perfect place to groom my poms, but the Groomery is the place! I was so bummed when PetSmart closed the store down but now I'm so glad to see the store reopening as an independent store with the same groomers we love and trust.

Donna does an excellent job with my poms! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, booking is easy and I'm usually able to book for the upcoming week which is amazing. Definitely recommend them for your pups!

Special thanks to a special groomer who not only has the patience for an old dog but also my kids. They had an amazing experience helping bath Nemo before his groom and even in his older age Kimber was able to have him looking and feeling his best!!! It was Nemo’s first time at this groomery and he felt right at home!!!

Where do I begin … from the second you walk in you feel like family and the groomers take such extraordinary care of your fur-baby as if they were their own. They ask great questions to ensure all your needs and wants with your pup are always met. They take WONDERFUL candid after photos. We have followed our groomer here for 10+ years - KIMBER is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING- she staffs all the BEST people. You can tell these people love and respect what they do. We will never go anywhere else - we are moving a hour away but will only ever bring our sweet girl here. I’ve never had my fur baby actually excited to go to the beauty salon but she runs right to Kimber tail wagging each time! If I could have given 10 stars ⭐️ I would have !

We’ve been looking for a caring and professional groomer for our Scottie. It’s been hit and miss with some locations but Camden at The Groomery was a definite “hit”! Camden was kind and warm with our nervous dog. When we picked him up he had a beautiful cut and seemed calm and happy. We will definitely be going back!

Best groomer around! I used to live in OH and still have many family and friend left behind. We have looked and looked for a comparable Groomer near our house in FL and simply can't! So we plan trips back to OH to visit family and friends and ALWAYS work in a trip back to our little fur baby's favorite Groomer Kimber!!! Thank you so much for your love and care of both of us!
