brought my golden in for a groom. They SHAVED him! Any groomer should know you dont shave a double coated dog. They need that coat for insulation. When I told them they are SO RUDE! How are they in business?! Never been treated so badly like this. Unbelievable how my dog and I were treated. they have zero common sense. Rule 1 of a double coated dog.DO NOT SHAVE! NO ONE ASKED THEM TO SHAVE HIM LIKE THIS! Rudest person I have ever dealt with. I sent pics to other groomers and they said these 2 idiots should not be in business

Josh and everyone at Groom Room take such good care of our 75 lb mix breed pup Lola. She has been going there since 2020 and can't wait to visit every time we go. They always make sure to note if there's anything specific she needs every visit and pay close attention to detail. She has environmental allergies and consequently has sensitive paws and ear issues on and off and they alway respect any requests and take great care to make sure she's comfortable. Lola always comes home looking and smelling great and very happy! I could not recommend this place enough. Retry

Josh and his team are just amazing, they truly understand Dory's needs and always take such good care of our rescue spaniel's needs! I will definitely be coming back here every time! What is also great is that they have knowledge about different breeds and specific needs they all have!

My experience at this grooming place was beyond frustrating. Mike, the person I entrusted with my specific instructions, didn't listen at all. I specifically said my dog is matted, but to only take off half today and the rest would have to be done another time. Instead, Jasmine ended up being the one who shaved my dog, completely disregarding my wishes and never even called to ask my permission. The owner wasn’t there, but in the past he has always done a great job grooming my dog. Mike and Jasmine should be fired. They refused to even out my dog, and refused to do their jobs. This entire situation was a total nightmare, from start to finish, and I would strongly advise against using their services. (2nd photo shows original hair length).

Josh was AMAZING! I was really nervous about finding a new groomer for my 2.5 year old mini aussiedoodle because I’m very particular and Josh absolutely crushed it! He is so kind, so gentle and loving with her and Quinn will now be a regular at the Groom Room! Thanks so much Josh!

This is the text conversation I had with the owner after picking up my dog. Who he had groomed other times. I don't understand She was there for over 4 and a half hours and not even started her hair cut? Because as we stated, she urinated on herself, starting the whole bath and brush and dry again. I won't touch my tools to a dog that has urine on it. I hope you have a great day, and best of luck on your search for another groomer. I'm sorry we didn't work out, and at the very least, you have a cleaned dog:) Of course you wouldn't clip a dogs hair with urine on it but that begs the question how did she get urine on her? Your assistant was rather curt! When I asked he said it happens then started repeating "Do you want to take your dog home" When I asked how much longer he said 45 minutes. We had concert tickets and I needed her by 4. He ran over to you asked if that was possible then came back and said repeating over and over " Do you want to take your dog?" I had the distinct feeling he wanted me to take my dog. He said no charge do you want to take your dog? Bubbie is a sweet girl. She never goes to the bathroom indoors. When she urinates outside she doesn't get it anywhere on her body. So how did she have urine on her body? If she had gotten it on her feet couldn't they just wash her feet? Was she left for so long unattended that she finally had to lay down in her own urine? Was the space she was in so small she couldn't move away from it? If you are the animal lover you appear to be in the photos on your wall? These questions you might have for your assistants. Just saying it didn't make sense! No, it appears she wasn't adequately walked before her grooming. The cages are three times the size of the dog at least. You received a free bath, and best of luck on your search for another groomer:) And yes, she is a sweet girl, just too much coat for my salon to handle. I may suggest you trying Captain Jacks grooming in North Hollywood. I used to work there, and they have great groomers:) She had been on a three mile hike, had both urinated and deficated and had been combed out to remove the fox tails and burs she picks up before she went to your salon. I picked 11am so as not to interrupt her regular routine. We wash her every two to three weeks ourselves because she is an active runs around outdoorsy dog. The hair cut was the important item! The bath won't last but a day or two.You still haven't explained how she got urine all over herself? Yes obviously we will find a different groomer as you don't appear to be concerned with what happened! There is no cause for concern, nothing happened except that she had two baths. I wish you nothing but the best:):):):)

They always do a great job with our Luna. Standard schnauzers have a distinctive look that Josh and his team have mastered. We are very happy with their services and they are very reasonable, not to mention the nicest people. They take great care of our precious girl!
