My Siberian Husky walked up to the counter and started licking the hands and face of the attendant. That's when I figured that this is a pretty special place. Animals are great judges of character, right? At any rate, this groomer did a GREAT job getting my dog cleaned❤️, brushed, and trimmed. And now she smells lovely! 🌹We will definitely be back!

We brought Milo for his first groom. It was a great experience for all. All the staff was very kind and loving towards Milo. Made us all feel comfortable and assured. He looked great! So glad we found the groom gallery! We will definitely continue to bring Milo in for all his grooming needs.

I loved this place. They really groomed my cat, Olive very well. I put in a deposit when I made the appointment… But I had to cancel today because of an emergency and they wouldn’t let me have my deposit back. So I will not be using this place anymore. They didn’t used to do that. One star That is so messed up.

I’ve been bringing my dog Pete to this grooming salon for years, but after my recent experience, I’m reconsidering. When I called to book an appointment, I was told $54.99 plus tax. However, at checkout, I was charged over $80, with no prior mention of additional fees for his coat type or weight. When I questioned the difference, the staff pointed to a sign and seemed dismissive, implying I should have known.

I understand that grooming costs can vary, but clear communication is essential. If additional charges are standard, they should be disclosed upfront, especially for loyal customers who rely on consistent service. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client. I hope they improve transparency in the future, but as of now, I’ll be looking for a groomer with clearer communication and more considerate customer service.

UPDATE BASED ON REAPONSE BELOW: for anyone who calls and asks for a price beware that it is only a “quote” and you will likely be paying more. I would also recommend you view other lower reviews and see how this business responds to reviews. It should tell you a lot of how they handle business.
I have been using groom gallery for four years. Here is a picture of my first review. However I'm not sure if they changed ownership or what but the business has really taken a turn.

We had an amazing experience here earlier this summer! I was nervous about getting my Great Pyrenees Barry groomed because of his double coat, but this place was everything I could have asked for! We decided to give this place a try since it was way closer to us from the place we used to use. Their staff was amazing and they did a great job on our two huskies. Even with one of my huskies being a bit crazy, they were able to do a great job with the bath and grooming. Will definitely be making this our go to groomer. Loved it. Thanks for doing a great job.

Good and affordable, never disappointed thanks to Veronica! Groom always comes with the bandana and bow bonus! My favorite groomer left, I did take them one time after but was not satisfied.
