Want to thank Monica from The Fine Canine Dog Training & Boarding school for training our 4 month old Cockapoo. We couldn’t ask for a better trainer. Our puppy, Bella, arrived as a very shy dog on day one, but it didn’t take long for her to show her true colors! She was full of energy and very hyper. We needed help with Bella as she was quite intense. We knew training was needed, but never expected the great results we saw in our puppy when the 3-week training was over. We highly recommend Fine Canine, you get to see true results. The best part was that it was all done during the holidays while we were traveling.

We sent our Golden puppy for training and it was an amazing experience. We obviously missed our puppy while she was being trained but Monica was so good with the dog and Chloe came back a great puppy that listened to key commands. Monica spent a lot of time with us to explain how to keep up the good behavior and things to look out for. I would highly recommend the training for new puppy owners.

Monica is simply amazing!! After a few failed trips to daycare and the groomer, we were at a loss on what to do with our pup. He spent a few weeks with Monica and came home like a totally different pup. She trained him, gave us incredible tips on how to maintain and even taught him a few tricks. Monica, our exceptional dog trainer, has truly transformed our lives. When we rescued Leo as a puppy—part beagle, part Australian Shepherd—we were faced with numerous challenges. However, working with Monica has been a game-changer.

Leo was incredibly sweet and very smart. However, he was still a puppy, and his behavior was difficult for our busy family. He would bark incessantly in his crate, especially at night, struggle with crate training, nip at the kids, and walks were a battle as he aggressively pulled on the leash, following his beagle instincts to follow all the smells. Monica's expertise and dedicated team worked wonders with Leo. Thanks to her and her team, Leo is now crate trained, responds well to commands with treats, commands such as sitting, lying down, staying, and even performing other cute tricks. He is now staying in his bed as well while we watch a movie. The most impressive change is his calm and obedient behavior during walks, heeling perfectly by our side. After his training we went to a very loud parade with a lot of distractions and he was So well behaved. Monica's training has exceeded our expectations, bringing harmony and joy to our daily lives.

Monica's convenient home pickup, thorough explanations, and patience with our energetic children were greatly appreciated. She even provided a private training session upon returning Leo to our home. As a bonus, our once-terrified cat now feels safe with Leo's improved behavior.

We will never run out of good things to say about Monica and her team! We sent blue, our Aussiedoodle puppy for a couple weeks for boarding and training, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Monica at the Fine Canine School did not disappoint as she worked with our new rescue, Daniel, to teach him who is boss while at the same time showing him love. Daniel is a 2 year old headstrong, determined, intelligent Husky, Akita and genuine mutt mix. Found living under a bridge on the highway, he came to us with a huge amount of separation anxiety and lack of any good dog manners. Daniel attended the 28 day training program and Monica proved what an expert she is in dog behavior. He was not easy to work with and Monica never gave up. She has a unique understanding of dogs and the patience and skills to work with a difficult student. I also appreciated how often she communicated with me about his progress. Daniel came home healthy and happy knowing how to follow commands and aware of the rules. He also has made good progress in accepting the crate as a safe space for him. Additionally, I have learned from Monica how to continue to reinforce the training at home. She offered invaluable advice and insight about my dog's
behavior and answered all of my questions and addressed my many concerns in a professional and sincere manner. In fact, she spent an incredible amount of time with me discussing Daniel's training. An added plus is that I now have a place to board Daniel when I travel - a place Daniel is happy to return to and a place I am confident is giving him the best of care. I am so glad I found Monica and highly recommend her and The Fine Canine School to anyone looking for expert training .
