There are 5 main essential requirements in a boarding facility where a horse can be relaxed, balanced, happy and healthy. This facility needs improvement.

4 star facility for humans
4 star for cleanliness
2 star for the horse pens being way too small. Some horses are not turned out and are left in their small pens 24/7. They charge extra for turn out. That horrible. So if the owner has to budget, their poor horse will get depressed in a small confinement as if he was a pound dog. Horrific!
1.5 star for their hay supply. It had large stems of weed. Hay was set outside. Mold in the hay. Weeds in the hay. And of course they mix flakes of alfalfa so the poor horses will be enticed. Unnaceptable!
4 star for water supply

Please donr let facilities like this treat horses as if they were pound dogs. They need space. All horses need turn outs. Have a heart.

Tons of parking, huge indoor and outdoor arenas. 24-hour on-site owners and staff.. Lots of pasture, indoor and outdoor boarding areas. Great place for training, events (both indoor and outdoor), temp living quarters available overlooking the indoor arena. Very quiet and peaceful.
