My cat is usually very aloof with strangers and will hide in the closet when someone comes over. However, she immediately responded well to Maila during our Meet and Greet. The photos and videos Maila sent me showed a very active and happy cat while I was away. That was very comforting to me!

I didn't know that cat sitting service was a thing but at the time I needed someone to watch my 2 little ones and after reading some reviews The Comforted Kitty seemed to be a good choice. I met with Autumn, she was wonderful and she was definitely able to help me in my time of need. Her updates were very well done on the app and text. The pictures were great and I never had to worry about what's going on back at my place because I knew she could handle it. I highly recommend the service and will definitely be utilizing them in the future.

We couldn't be happier to have found Comforted Kitty and Maegan. Our kitty has a lot of anxiety and is easily stressed so we feel very guilty and uneasy having to leave him alone when we go out of town. He didn't do well at previous pet hotels where he was forced to be in a very small box for days. I was desperate to find an acceptable cat sitting service. In comes Comforted Kitty to the rescue. I submitted a request online (a very easy process) and soon got a response that we had been assigned to Maegan. We first had a "Meet and Greet" weeks prior to our vacation. We could tell right away that Maegan is very knowledgable about providing care to cats and this made us feel good knowing that our little Pumpkin is in good hands while we're away. We have used Comforted Kitty twice now and have already scheduled a third service. Each time, we have requested Maegan because she's the best! Her communication is excellent - providing us consistent updates (even photos!) about each visit on how Pumpkin is doing. Through our communication, we were able to give her tips on how to get Pumpkin more at ease. She also was able to give him his anti-anxiety medication without any problems. Maegan goes above and beyond and even tries to coordinate the timing of her visits based on our flight departure and arrival times.

In addition, Comforted Kitty also uses the "Time to Pet" app that pretty much organizes all the information (ie. Pumpkin's habits, calendar of scheduled visits, emergency contacts, etc). It makes everything so convenient.

In summary, if you love your cat(s), there's only one way to go - Comforted Kitty. Dan and Maegan will have your and your kitties' backs 🙂

This is a terrific service! We have two kittens who were well cared for by Maila while we were traveling for a week. Maila checked in with us when she arrived at the house, and sent us photos and videos daily of the kittens playing. We also received a daily checklist for each kitten.
When we arrived home, the litter boxes were clean, food was in the dishes, and the garbage had been taken out. Everything was perfect. I am so happy we decided to go with a cat sitter.

I first used the Comforted Kitty when I was new in town; needed someone reliable and bonded/insured. This company fits the bill. I have used Mariann to care for my 2 cats several times now, and she always does a terrific job. She sends daily texts and photos, and I can tell that she really enjoys my cats and plays with them. And, she follows the instructions re feeding, etc. and communicates as needed if they are not eating well, etc. The client portal makes it easy to schedule and to update instructions for cat and house care. Definitely recommend.

We had an excellent experience with The Comforted Kitty! Sidney was our fabulous catsitter and she was the purrfect match for our two scaredy cats. She took great care of them on short notice during the holiday season, and got them to play and purr. She even left us a sweet card when I came home, that was so thoughtful! Another great things about this service is their mobile app that's used to communicate with our sitter, get detailed reports of each visit, and receive photos of the kitties when you're away. I highly recommend The Comforted Kitty! I'm really happy to have found them for future pet sitting needs.

Comforted Kitty and our sitter, Mariann, have both been amazing! Their phone app is very thorough, making sure the sitter has all the information they need to best care for your cats. Mariann in particular is out of this world - twice a day she would send us photos of our cats, update us on how much they ate and drank, clean their litter boxes, refill their food (wet and dry) and water, and play with them and give them treats so they did not feel abandoned. Previously we had been boarding the cats which was expensive for us and extremely stressful for them - they’d be on edge and wary for days after coming home. In comparison, when we arrived home six days later, the cats came right up to us, excited to see us, not scared or upset at all!
