It was difficult to connect with Bradbury, but once we did Tammy was very friendly. Looking at their website and photos and talking with Tammy we decided to go ahead and board our three French Bulldogs in the deluxe suite so they’d all be together.

One of our dogs has IBS and we were clear about that in writing and verbally. We brought along new, washable pee pads for them to use (we didn’t get them back.) We also let them know that two of our dogs had to be separated at mealtime due to food aggression; otherwise they were fine together.

When we dropped the dogs off we got the feeling that they didn’t want us to see the facility. I walked in anyway and saw the room they’d be in. There was no TV as advertised for the deluxe suite… we had wanted the background noise for them. As we were leaving we noticed how filthy the facility was.

We contacted Tammy almost daily while we were gone and was told everything was great.

When we picked them up they were filthy, no last day courtesy bath we were told would be given to them. She said one of them had diarrhea that morning (but not at all during the six nights they were there) but the poo was crusty on their bottoms. One of them had a terrible rash on her backside.

The other thing more concerning were the bite marks on one of our dogs, pictures below.

Tammy was very friendly, but I can’t recommend Bradbury. Too dirty, not sure the dogs got great care considering we paid for the deluxe suite, and it seemed as though they didn’t want us to go into the facility.

This is the only place that I would ever leave my dog. Tammy and Mike care for my dog like he was their own. I have read the concerns of a couple others in reviews and I can confidently say that I have never experienced anything but wonderful care. They are a wonderful family with a heart for animals. Tammy and Mike are very personable and I have had great conversations with them. I feel like they try to get to know their customers as well as the pups they care for. I never have felt rushed whether I am dropping off or picking up my dog also I am always at ease when I take my dog to stay at the Bradbury Boarding Camp. If you are a dog owner and looking for boarding this small business is a great one without question. Tammy and Mike are a true gift and they run an amazing business. I appreciate all that your family does for us dog lovers! Otter can't wait to come stay with you again.

We booked our 2 dogs over Thanksgiving weekend for the first time and they came back so happy! Bradbury took great care of them, ensuring they had everything they needed from treats, to walks, to love and attention. Communication was excellent, the owners were quick to call back when we had questions. Highly recommend this boarding facility for furry friends, we’ll be back next vacation!!

We only used services once. I saw reviews that mentioned that their dogs got diarrhea. When we picked up our dogs they were both severely dehydrated. We incurred a vet bill of over $800 because one of our pups had to stay at the vet with an IV for 48 hours. This stay was quite a while ago, but it is important to let you know that the same complaints are continuing 4 years later. I am not sure what “treats” my dogs were given , but they were very sick after staying here.

I was not going to leave a review, but after some consideration, I am left with no choice. I chose this place to board my dogs because they had the best reviews in town.. and now I’m not sure how?
The pictures online are very deceiving. It looks like a nice cleanly place but it is far from that. The kenneling area is very dirty and not well kept.
This place is definitely a no go in the summertime. I’m not sure if they have AC in the kennel area, but it certainly did not feel like they did. It was very hot inside and I was worried my dogs wouldn’t be okay.
When my dogs were returned back to me, they WREAKED of urine and feces. I had sent them there with blankets and toys and those were also returned very dirty. The blankets were soaked in urine, so this leads me to believe my dogs were not let out very often. They don’t ever have accidents in the house so I was shocked to see and smell this.
Now, I’m not sure if this was because it was only the husband who was present during the time of my dogs 4-day stay and it was too overwhelming for only him to be caring for as many dogs as they had there but this was unacceptable.
Overall, I will never be using their services again.
*Edit* added a picture because there was no family emergency. As stated in these texts, you were away for a birthday. And I’m not sure what the state of our country has to do with my dogs and their things being soiled in urine. I still stand by what I said above. Please, do better.

The Bradbury Boarding Camp is NOT very customer friendly. We tried for weeks to make an appointment. In fact, I thought they had gone out of business, because they never return calls. My husband and I called over 15 times. We did email them, and they would sometimes answer through email. But that was spotting, sometimes they would answer questions and sometimes emails would go unanswered. We finally made an appointment. I think we were more than generous to hang in there that long. But our trip was unfortunately canceled. I called several time and guess what no answer!!! I drove out there, to try to talk to them about changing the dates, they would not answer! So, I finally had to try to change the date by email. BUT NO they would not reschedule. The cancelled on us and took 75% of what we paid, as a service charge!! This place is ridiculous. Plus, they have so many add-ons for your dog, (cool, If it happens) but the Bradbury is locked up like Ft. Knox, so they have NO ACCOUNTAIBLITY!

I love this place, ❤️ ❤️ I recommend this place to everyone.. Tammy, there are no words to describe, how much we appreciate you, and the care you had for our Jackson and our Spud and the compassion you had for them, while my family and I had an emotional emergency out of town, and the care you had for our Jackson and our spud, and Jackson losing a brother all at the same time. My husband and I appreciate you so much. ❤️❤️. .thank you so much for all the love and kindness to our fur babies and our family.

Had to find our older dog a new boarding facility, researched, and came upon Bradbury. He loved it and I couldn't have been happier!!!. Very nice facility, and you can tailor your pet's activities and menu! Would highly recommend it!
