The Avenue is an amazing outdoor mall area. I love that it's so walkable, and they have a clean and open restroom in the security area. The seasonal decorations are always festive, and the whole place is impeccably clean. My favorite features are the fountain and the life-sized chessboard with movable pieces - so fun!

It's a great spot for a dinner date followed by a romantic stroll, but it's also perfect for a family outing with kids. There's something for everyone here. Some of the stores you'll find are Panera, Barnes and Noble, Talbots, and Soft Surroundings. I highly recommend a visit!

The Peach Cobbler Factory has tons of available dessert options, which was great! The customer service I received was superb. The cashier was attentive and was able to get all of our orders correct. The cobbler, cheesecake, and cinnamon were scrumptious. The cobbler was so warm there was steam coming from the top when I received it! I would definitely visit again.

A nice place to get your steps in. Lots of shops to go in. Lots of restaurants to enjoy. Barnes and Nobles is a great place to sit, have a cup of tea from Starbucks and chat either inside or outside.

Really fun place to shop safe sidewalks to walk on Christmas decor everywhere during the month of December. A wonderful Barnes & Noble store and many other fun places to walk through. I stopped at Joseph a bank and got some clothes while my daughters went into the bookstore and my wife was getting a beautiful haircut. Easy access off of Dallas Highway. A great place to stop even just for a little bit. Safe, clean, great stores.

The Avenue West Cobb
Traditional open style mall located in prime area of West Cobb. Nicer part of Marietta with plenty of options for most of your shopping needs. Good food choices. Plenty of free open parking. Not too far from busy part of Atlanta. Great for most regular or festive shopping needs. Great choice in general. Excellant location and convenient location on Dallas Hwy
