I’ve been a customer since before they were called Incredipets, and it has been amazing to watch them grow into the fantastic store they are today. Great customer service. They have a great selection of raw food for your dog or cat at a reasonable price!! I would highly recommend them for all your pets' needs. They have great options for you if you want to go holistic. I feel they are very knowledgeable about your pets' nutritional needs to be healthy.

I needed some cat food for my cat and it was very expensive other places that I looked and the price was right at 4paws. The person on the phone was very helpful and friendly. My cat food is being shipped directly to my house because I needed to special order the size back I wanted to get. I will definitely be shopping here again.

The staff here was super nice and helpful finding items. The store has a very nice vibe. Could only give it a 4 star review though because I feel like their selection is lacking. Just didn't see enough dog treats. However Gimli did enjoy sniffing around and meeting everyone

The ladies that work here exceeded my expectations of what the staff should be. Beyond friendly and helpful.
The sweater we chose is perfect! It has a built in harness that makes our long walks extra enjoyable.

Great experience here. They get 5 stars for their level of knowledge, customer service, attentiveness, friendliness, and atmosphere. They used to have a different name/ location which was more convenient for our family but this location is likely much more convenient for others given its location on Highland Road. They used to have a dog shower, but the newer location is smaller than before. So that's the only disheartening part for our family.

But, you will not be disappointed in the selection, and location. Also, when I tell you the level of customer service that these young people provide is A-MAZ-ING!?!?! They know our pup's name, they know our names, they know when our next free bag of dog food is, they know our dog's regular food recipe. They provide suggestions on dog parks, groomers, trainers, dog washes, and everything under the son. These folks are amazing and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. We love the 4 Paws Market.
