What a great experience it’s been getting a Border Collie puppy from Viki at Reeves Ranch! I was very particular as to how they were raised, environment, health, color and temperament. I did lot of research before contacting Viki. I had to pay a deposit and get on their waitlist which was no problem. She kept me updated as to when the new litter would arrive as well as pictures starting the first week after birth. I picked her (Della) up at 8 weeks old and she’s been awesome since then. Viki was very responsive to my calls, texts and emails. Everything she told me was as advertised. No surprises. Her kennel was clean and beautiful. I couldn’t believe happier with this experience. Della is smart, lively, beautiful, healthy and just plain perfect. Thank you Viki for doing what you do. It’s easy to see your love and dedication for your dogs! We initially were interested in getting on a wait list for a puppy from Team Reeves, but upon looking at their website, we found a listing for one of their adult rescues - a 2 year old border collie named Howie who had been surrendered at LA County Animal Control and saved by Viki when she brought him up to her Yosemite Ranch.
While not our initial plan, we felt really drawn to adopting an already-trained and vetted adult rescue. We brought Howie home for a trial period a few days later, and he never left! We’ve now had him for a year and he’s such a wonderful part of our family. It’s also such a good feeling knowing we gave a forever home to a sweet dog who had a rough start to life.

We are so happy to have Coco Chanel (our 17-month old) Border Collie as part of our family. She is very intelligent and has excelled at sheep herding. All of her obedience training has paid off and in addition to herding she is into Rally, frisbee and just beginning her agility training. Viki breeds amazing Border Collies. Ours is a Blue Merle, a unique color and beautiful coat. The character, energy, look is all very true to its breed. I couldn't be happier with my experience adopting a border collie puppy from Viki. From the very beginning, they were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was fully prepared for puppy ownership. The puppy I received is healthy, well-adjusted, intelligent and has a wonderful temperament. Meet Tilly, our 12 week old Blue Merle puppy we just brought home from Team Reeves Ranch. What a blessing she is. She’s confident, smart, and so playful, we couldn’t be happier! I had great experience with Team Reeves Ranch. The puppy I received from them was in perfect health and with an extremely friendly temperament. Throughout the process and post, Vicki was always helpful in providing great information. Picked up the puppy (Talia) on Feb 5 and since have had a good experience raising her. It is an absolute pleasure to write this review for reeves ranch. We received our puppy on Jan 2 and immediately fell in love and knew she was the perfect addition to our family. We live on a small ten acre ranch and Bella has been an absolute joy. She is incredibly smart, loving and exactly the right temperament that we were looking for. I felt like Vickie listened to our needs or wants and matched us with the perfect puppy. Bella is.now five months old and honestly I just get more impressed with her every day. I can honestly say that this was such a great experience for our family that we are considering adding another reeves ranch pup in the future.
