I started boarding my horse January 2020 and have loved it ever since! The barn has 2 huge outdoor arenas and 1 indoor arena. This is the cleanest barn I have ever boarded at and the arenas are always in good conditions. There’s several areas outside to tie your horse up as well as the indoor barn which has tack rooms that you can store your tack as well as a nice cement wash rack.
The owner, John, is very nice and will do anything to help.
I love this barn because even though majority of the training that goes on is for showing and eventing, I still feel right at home sharing the arena with my walk/trot older mare. The barn is majority western, but I ride with my English tack and do not feel judged or excluded from people.
As for pricing, this place is the least expensive that I found yet has so much to offer. I chose to keep my horse in the pasture where she has unlimited hay and has gotten so much healthier in just 4 months.

We boarded our horse at TBR from June 2015 until April 2, 2016. The care he received was fine but when our own horse property had not sold, we decided to move the horse back to our barn. We notified the TBR owners on approximately March 25, 2016 that we planned to move the horse near the first of April. We were told that according to the TBR contract they said my adult daughter had signed, we were required to give 30 days notice prior to moving the horse. After my daughter said she did not remember signing any TBR contract and was not aware of any 30-day notice required, I then asked the TBR owners to provide a signed copy of the contract. A simple request but to this day no signed contract has been provided by TBR. When we arrived at TBR on April 2 to take the horse home, no signed contract had been provided so we planned to pay 2 days of April board at $325/month. We loaded the horse in our trailer and then the TBR owners stopped us. They were furious and told us we could not remove the horse until we paid for 30 days of board. They even parked a vehicle in front of the gate out of TBR to block our exit with the horse--in effect holding us hostage. TBR then said the minimum they could accept was half a month's board which we were forced to pay so we could leave. I then called the Weld County Sheriff and he said he had already informed the TBR owner that without a signed contract, the 30 days' notice could not be enforced. The money for board that TBR collected fraudently has not been returned and TBR has even bllled us for turnout and blanketing fees that we never agreed to or were aware of. We will be seeing TBR in Small Claims Court to recover the money they wrongly collected.

We moved our Draft Horses from Spirit Heart Ranch to TBR Ranch at the end of November. It was the BEST decision. My horses went from being underweight and lethargic to happy, healthy and frisky. Everyone has gone out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I couldn't be happier to be at TBR Ranch.
