This is the worst Target in the total DMV area. Hands down.

You are literally walking on TRASH when you walk in and out of the store. See pics. It is always like that. It's like the person who empties the trash can outside the entrance just takes the bag and dump it upside down instead of disposing of it.

Whoever the Store Manager is should be taken back to the basics.

Inventory levels are not monitored.
You'll see large gaps on shelves, particularly in the food market. It's nothing to see half of the potato chip or bottled water shelves completely empty. If you can chase an employee down and beg them to look up an item, IF they go to look for you, 9X out of 10 the item is in the back. How this store is profitable is a mystery.

Customer service is almost non-existent.
You have people who will walk by you and not ask if you need help when it's clear you're looking for something. I actually went to this little contraption they have marked for customers needing help. Through it, you're supposed to be able to call help to your location.

I waited 30 minutes. No one came. I even tried to ask employees walking by. Nothing. They told me they were shoppers for online orders. They made it seem like they didn't work for the store and they worked for a 3rd party entity.

It really is a sad, sad place. The only upside to this store is the location. It's right off I-95 not a mile from Potomac Mills Mall.

However, if you can, I would recommend going further south up the interstate to the Target in Stafford. That Target is much cleaner, the inventory manager actually does their job, and the folks there want to help you. It's a night and day difference between the two stores and totally worth the short drive.

I am a loyal Target shopper, but the Woodbridge store is horrible. The store is always a mess, their perishable grocery items are often past their sell-by date and produce is often near rotten. Shelves are not kept stocked with basic necessities, aisles are crowded with boxes of merchandise making it difficult to navigate aisles, and stock is poorly maintained. The Woodbridge store is poorly staffed, lacks sufficient cashiers during busy times, and several cashiers are in no hurry to help customers get through their lines. Even store pick-up is a major problem with wait times as long as thirty minutes. Clearly the store is mismanaged. Please, Target, clean it up!

This is the closest target to me and I usually to a drive pick up order because it’s always so packed. I’ve been waiting over an 1hr for my pick up order. There is no spots and the app just tells me to put my hazards on. There is a whole line of cars with hazards and random parking spots where people have hazards on. I tried to go inside but the lines were so long. Even for customer service. Maybe they should figure out a better method or make more drive pick up orders.

Not super great but also not super bad. Home Decor always has a good quality and a very modern look. The food area is big and with the Target Circle Discount you can save a lot of bucks here and there. Try to avoid the early hours of the store get there in the afternoon otherwise you can’t really a relaxing shopping experience.

Drive up sucks. Waited 30 mins for an order. Not the employees fault. Management must get better at scheduling more employees or hiring more. 3rd time it happens at this target

Pretty good Target. They are busier than some but not too bad. They are the only store that carries Calypso’s zero sugar lemonade. So I always stock up when there. It’s not a full fledged super Target but it does carry a good selection of groceries. We like to go here as an alternative to Walmart. The workers are pretty good too haven’t had any negative experiences with any of them. Over all a good Target, however Woodbridge and Lake Ridge area could use another location. Preferably out toward Old Bridge or Hoadly road areas.

Had to add on today that this Target no longer carries the Calypso lemonade. Total bummer
