First, I want to start by saying my dogs absolutely love their stuff, l usually get them the beef tripe blend with some chicken feet and duck heads.
I always ordered from door dash, but this time around, I went in person to ask questions about creating a more balanced meal with their raw foods. I just wanted help finding good items they carry to mix and match.
The girl helping me Tuesday October 15 was super friendly and informational, I got some stuff she recommended me. Super sweet girl.. the thing is she accidentally charged me for the wrong thing, so I went back in to ask if I could get the correct pricing. Her mistake is totally fine, we're only human. However, her male coworker working in the back, she called him over to see if he could help her with the refund it was like 6.35.. he gave me an attitude lo!!! I was so shocked like why is he talking to me like this... I initially asked if I could get a receipt to see if I got charged right, and he said "you should've gotten it to begin with" he was definitely a sassy one.. I mean I wouldn't have needed the receipt If I had gotten charged correctly the first time. l asked if they could recalculate everything | purchased and it came out to be $6.35 cheaper.. He's giving me an attitude very unapologetic.. I mean their food is obviously not cheap, I just spent $66 there. He's like well you could either wait for our boss/manager to Zelle you or can get something else that's that amount. So I decided to get another bag of duck necks for 6.25.. they kept my dime which is really nothing, but not even a "sorry about that" or anything he was just being so rude. It's all in the way that he delivered his tone. The girl was super nice though.. if I had only talked to her definitely 5 stars .. this guy does not know how to talk to customers.

Wish I had the owner talk and help me out with the mistake instead because I’m sure they wouldn’t have given me an attitude like this.

Edit*** I lowered my review down to 2 from 3 because I am still so bothered by my interaction. I wish it didn’t bring so much negativity to cover the positivity the girl brought with her educating me on everything, but unfortunately it does. It’s been like an hour and I just keep feeling so disrespected lol.. I didn’t even do anything except maybe being annoying with all my questions on what food would go good with what.. but that wasn’t even with him.. it was with her

They offer free delivery on DoorDash and I order my doggo some pig ears a few times a week. They’re top quality and my pup absolutely loves them. Haven’t had any issues would recommend

I was excited to come to this place to buy my doggie some of the freeze dried treats they had. I bought about 3 chews, the total was like 6 dollars and i paid and was never told or mentioned of the $2 credit card fee. If i would have know that I was being charged $2 i would have gone to my car to get cash. That more than covers the fee for using credit card which is not more than 2-3% of the transaction. So unprofessional for them to do this, not coming back.

I recently moved to the area and needed a new raw feeding place. First experience was awful. I brought my dog with me but could barely make it inside the store because the employee’s dog came charging at us, barking and growling. I saw pictures of dogs inside the store so I figured it was fine to bring mine. Shame on me, would have never guessed someone who works there would bring a territorial dog to their workplace. We were able to enter the store after he put the dog in a kennel. I won’t be returning here.

I bought a couple bones for my dog and my dog loved them! Not only that but usually bones were very expensive from where I was getting them before so thankfully I have found Tapia raw meats as they charge a fraction of the price I usually paid for bones. Plus they ar every good quality! You have me as a customer for life
