Today is Buddy's first birthday. I got him 5mo ago from Tankrtots on 09/15/2024. As a Bulldog mom of now 2. highly recommend them a 100%. The adoption process was nice, quick, and easy. Adele answer all my questions before and even after I got my puppy. If anything arise I can contact her for help and advice. She is available if you need her. Tankrtots are very friendly and and professionals. I recommend them 100%.

We adopted our beautiful boy, Winston, in March 2021, and I’m leaving this review now because as we start thinking about eventually adding another Frenchie to our family, there’s no question that we would only go back to Adele at TankRTots.

From the very beginning, it was clear how much Adele truly cares—not just about her dogs, but also about the families they go to. Her knowledge, dedication, and level of care stood out, which unfortunately is not always common in this industry. Our vet was immediately impressed by Winston’s excellent health and breeding and even asked where we got him so she could recommend TankRTots to other pet parents. As anyone familiar with this breed knows, Frenchies can often require procedures like stenotic nares or soft palate surgery, but Winston actually never needed them, which I believe speaks to the quality of her breeding program.

Beyond that, his temperament is incredible—happy, sweet, well-mannered, and an absolute joy. Even in those early months, Adele was always there for us, offering guidance on training and answering any questions we had (even sometimes late at night).

Winston isn’t just a dog to us—he’s a part of our family, and we are endlessly grateful to Adele for bringing him into our lives. It’s so clear that for her this isn’t just a business and that she genuinely loves this breed and wants the best for them.

If you’re looking for a breeder who truly cares, you won’t find anyone better than Adele at TankRTots. You—and your future fur baby (or babies 😉)—will be in the best hands.

Adele is an absolute gem to work with and her puppies are the best! We've had our Frenchie for 3.5 years and he is wonderful. She works with the best breeders (healthy pups!) and really knows her stuff. He's my first fur baby and if / when we ever expand our pup family, I'll only work with her. Buyers beware: I decided to wait a few months before writing this review so that I could communicate without frustration or anger clouding my judgement. So here it is:

I was very excited to purchase a pup for my family as a Christmas present. We did our research and landed on Tank R Tots as the place we would get our next pup Adele seemed like a good enough person to work with while we were going through the selection process.

Well, as it turns out, Adele is not the breeder of many of the dogs she sells; she is basically a middleman that sources the dogs from “friends.” After finding this out midway through the process, we decided to continue because we were already committed and placed a deposit.

Fast forward to pick-up day for our pup: we show up at Adele’s house and everything seems pretty normal, until she starts mentioning that the pup “is in great health, has no issues whatsoever.” Then, she proceeded to play pretend veterinarian and doled out prescriptions to us, saying “I haven’t noticed anything, but if you do notice stomach problems, give the dog these pills.”

Seemed weird.

Then, she explicitly told us not to take her to the vet. I knew something was off at this moment.

Fast forward 8 hours and our new baby has incessant diarrhea and is vomiting non-stop (on Christmas Eve, no less).

Because I have decent judgement as a father, we took our pup to the emergency vet, where we spent over $1000 to save her. She was severely dehydrated, and sick with Giardia. The vet told us she would have died or required more expensive, invasive surgery to save her.

If we had listened to this woman Adele, our dog would be dead. She is clearly purely in this for the profit and doesn’t care about the well being of the animals. Please do yourself a favor and find a real breeder that cares about the pups.

Adele: don’t bother responding to defend yourself or your heinous actions. I don’t care to interact with you further, and people here will see right through it. This post serves one purpose, to hopefully prevent people from going through the same b.s. I did with you. Your business deserves to be shut down.
